The dragon slowly eyed Fixsorx over as the Terran Dragon spoke, evidently studying him intently. However, once Fixsorx had finished speaking, the battered dragon smiled slightly and nodded.
"Well then, welcome to the Soulbound, Fixsorx. We'll certainly offer you hospitality here, though I can't say much about a permanent home. You'd be best off asking Soul about that, though you might be a bit startled by her size if you've never seen an ancient before, though you can probably see from here that she is the size of a mountain. As for me, I'd love to stay and further welcome you, but I need sleep and one of the recent travelers has turned out to be quite a ruffian, meaning he needs watched by my other while I rest. And he doesn't take well to outsiders, so I'll spare you the unneeded lash of his words and let you make your own way among the clan."
The dragon turned and slowly walked off, his gaze predictably returning to Matthew.
Forlirn frowned lightly, thinking.
"...Considering the nature of the Abyss and that Frilarn seems to radiate some abyssal aura himself, there's a definite possibility that the taint would spread to you, which I should mention is fatal most of the time. However, Frilarn is supposed to be immune to the taint..."
Soul blinked slowly, interrupting Forlirn.
"The tainted light of Lux... that what should not happen... It was written to be his greatest weakness in the Tome of Vates..."
<I told you, I don't know... I mean, I suppose I like flying, but I don't exactly consider that to be a bad thing to do, so it can't be enjoyable.>
<Yes yes, I realize you're highly biased against the ancients. Now lets get this over with before we risk spending all day arguing about silly matters.>
Caelidorus quickly got up, nodding lightly. "Of course I'm ready. Why wouldn't I be?"
