History: An Extra-terrestrial not even from Neuva's and Elune's realities, he came to Elune aboard his Frigate-class, Chi'nii class, Keeper of the Peace, and not intentionally, a glitch in the Rift(Garan FTL) Drive caused his ship to emerge from the Rift Tunnel in low orbit around Elune, you can probably guess what happened, no one among his crew except him survived the 'Landing', and neither did many people in coastal villages, towns, and cities around the world's largest body of water.

Addendum dealing with the telekinesis: his telekinetic abillities are, as I said earlier restricted to a 100 meter effective range, but he is able to move things with said power that he would be able to move up to 200 pounds easily at the outermost range but able to move objects up to two tons if said object is within a foot of him, as far as fine control he can take apart most things easily if it is within two feet of him, but it is almost impossible to do so at three feet, or rather, without his FULL concentration on the object, rendering him vulnerable to most blunt damage, blades would be deflected by armor or his scales for the most part.

Addendum dealing with the Symbiote: his Symbiote will only take control of his body if his natural reaction speed isn' enough to keep him from being wounded severely( AKA a projectile like a ballista bolt is headed for him, or a artillery shell, although those would have a good chance of killing him in the latter's case)

(( Hi, this looks like a cool RP. Although I don't like to join in too late on RP's in order to get the full experience.

Just one Custom Race query; knowing that dragons have a human and bestial form depending on whatever world they are in, is it possible to create a custom race which is a hybrid of a human and a dragon, without the ability to change forms depending on which world it is in?

A bit of an odd, stupid question, sorry about that. ))

((Chibi: I like your bio, though I have a few problems with it. This is meant to be a fantasy/modern hybrid roleplay; as such, I'd prefer to keep sci-fi out of it. To be specific, I would require you to remove the plasma beam, the sword's force field, and to rework the history section. I would also need you to be more specific about the strength of the telekinesis, restrict it to Elune, and to describe the limitations of the "mortal danger" power.

Xentient: That would be perfectly acceptable.

I should also mention to both of you that this thread moves at a slow pace. If you're looking for something to be a part for the short-term, then I would recommend searching for a different thread.

On an unrelated note, I've just realized that the third-year anniversary for the roleplay was over three years ago.))

<Hm? I thought it was implied that we'd go drinking after all of this was done with. Though I'll give you my word if you want it. After all, I believe it shall be quite enjoyable to have a night for celebration once this hardship is done with. Not to mention I think we'll have earned it many times over. Compared to the others going out, at least****;

Forlirn nodded his aged head gently and turned back to face the archway that led deeper into the building. "In that case, I believe we should proceed ahead. The longer we linger, the more chance something might find us. Which is something we very much do not want to happen considering they are likely Abyssal creatures."
The dragon let out a soft sigh, then began walking deeper into the structure.

Appearance:
The Drakónteia are a race of combined Dragon and Human traits. The skeletal structure is nearly akin to that of a human's, except for several notable differences. While the skull and facial features are that of a human's, the race stands on digitigrade feet, and has three digits on both their hands and feet, also having white dragon-like claws instead of fingernails. They have long, serpentine tails which usually reach about 3 to 4 feet long. The Drakónteia also have the wings of a dragon on their backs, the wingspan of which differs; Krýa's having a wingspan of nearly 3 meters. Krýa also has long, sharpened upper and lower canines, being like fangs. Her eyes are also yellow coloured—lacking any white—with thin, black slit pupils. Her eyes sometimes appear to faintly glow at night, too. Krýa, instead of having skin, has silver scales covering her body, the colour being unspecific to her race.

Moving onto personal appearances, Krýa stands at around 5'4", and has a thin body structure and petite facial features. She appears to be in her late-teens/early twenties. As per clothing, she wears a dark gray cloak, which covers most of her body. She keeps the hood covering most of her head, but her face can still be seen. She also has ripped holes into the back of the cloak to allow her wings and tail to fit through. Under the larger, gray cloak, she has some brown coloured thinner clothing for warmer temperatures.

Magic:
Krýa's magic is of an aquatic type, but more specifically, she uses her magic to adeptly freeze water. She can manipulate and move water, and when the water is in contact with her, she can freeze the water in a linear path from her body. Unless only a small amount of water, she needs to have contact with it in order to be able to freeze it. The amount of water she can freeze is also equivalent to her magical energy, (she couldn't freeze an entire lake; only moderate amounts.)
She can immobilize people's limbs in ice if quick enough, and she can throw bolts of ice, too. Krýa can also cover her own arm in ice for physical attack, but she's not very strong to begin with.

Personality: Will definitely be revealed from her actions.

History:
Krýa has spent her entire life in the world of Elune, growing up in a reclusive spot in the mountains, near only a few small settlements in the land. The geographical spot had a cold climate most of the year. In her past, made friends with only a few humans and other races, but she is fond of the company of a dragon. In her past, she had practiced magic, agility, and basic forms of martial arts.

Weaponry: She holsters a stiletto underneath her clothing for protection. However, she's only novice with one.

Other:
Krýa does not have a breathe attack like a dragon's, but her wings are capable of flight. She cannot gain much altitude due to lack of strength and can't take off from the ground, but she can glide with them.
She is not a mix of a unique-specie of dragon, despite scale colour and magic type. (I would have possibly made her a mix of human and a Silver dragon, but there's a lot of other traits that I might get too confused with.)

But anyway, I would be willing to bet that this night of celebration will be one to remember. Lets just hope that we don't spoil it by accidently burning the tavern down or something eh? I've never seen you when you are.... under the weather, and I've heard some interesting stories about what happens when I have too much to drink. Who knows what might happen, eh?>

It was over in just over two hours. Fifteen minutes after the order was given, thirty Formido class heavy bombers and twenty-five Actuarius class fighters had taken off and were on their way to their targets. After only ten minutes, they had crossed into no-mans land. Thirty minutes later, one of the bombers could be heard saying "I see the target. Come brothers and sisters, let us purge the world of these unclean non-humans. Fire at will." Their plan of attack was simple, but effective. The bombers would go in and bomb their targets with a form of cluster bombs to cause maximum damage. Shortly after, the fighters would arrive and pick off any survivors with their Air to Ground and Air to Air missiles. Once all of the visible survivors were dead or the fighters had run out of ammunition, they would withdraw. The plan proved to be a success. Of the 700 or so dragons who lived in the clan (along with twenty human sympathizers that intelligence was not aware of), 530 were either killed by the bombings or buried alive after the network of underground caverns collapsed. The remaining survivors were trapped in small sections of the caverns deep underground. There they would slowly die of starvation of a lack of air unless someone could rescue them in time. Of the twenty humans, only two survived, both female.

Despite the dim light radiating from the stones that formed the cavern, the photo-receptors within Rhen's cells could not absorb enough light to fuel his body. Rhen's body could run a while longer before he would need to find other means to fuel his body to keep himself going.

"Hey, are you alright Rhen?" Matt asked when Rhen stumbled. "Sure I'll get you some food. Hang on a second." Matt then opened one of the bags and fumbled around in it for a while. Eventually he pulled out a couple of granola bars and some crackers. "Here you go Rhen. We used to eat something like this when I was a slayer. It's not perfect, but it can usually keep you going until you can get an actual meal in you. Do you need any water or more food Rhen or is that enough to do you for now?" Matt asked as he handed the food to Rhen.
