"It's a simple matter for one who has walked the corridors of the mind for millennia," the dragon replied, its form shimmering slightly. "And bringing another with me is just as simple. As for the risks, they consist of any hazards the mind in question contains within its structure, in addition to the threats that may already lurk within it. Of course, such threats are only as deadly as the limits of your mind... unless our meddling releases said threats to the outside world, in which case there truly would be a powerful threat to face, which I simple can not allow. Considering the taint in your friend's mind, we would certainly find much more dangers than the usual sort of mind."
Soul blinked slowly. Although telepathy was normally impossible on Neuva for those lacking it as a natural, non-magical ability or a previously established link, Soul, as well as most ancients, was quite able to communicate through telepathy, though she rarely did so.
<He seems to possess no shortage of it.>
Even in telepathy, Soul's tone remained neutral.
<Aye... so many fine lines, eh? And here I thought we didn't want to find anymore.>
"I did not say either. You jumped to conclusions based on only part of my words," Soul replied. "And it is not my task to prove anything to you or to convince you that the truth is the truth. It remains true whether you believe it to be so or not, though you may live long enough to see your desired proof come to destroy all you cherish."
"And you've shown quite clearly that you are ridiculously biased against anything you're afraid of," Forlirn snorted. "And I'm perfectly capable of criticizing Soul: I simply have no reason to do so because there is nothing to criticize. Because unlike you, I don't make up nonsense just so I can."
