First I took the boat to Karamja and climbed down into the volcano. Once inside, I charged through the level 70 lesser demons in front of the entrance to the Karamja Volcano lesser demon dungeon. I entered this dungeon for the first time, earning 2,100 Dungeoneering XP. This got me Dungeoneering level 32.
These demons are the highest-level foes I have fought yet. I slew four of them before I exited the dungeon to return to where the climbing rope leads to the surface. In addition to their accursed ashes, the demons dropped 50gp, 2 medium pieces of bladed mithril salvage, and 32 fire runes. I ate 8 of the 18 cakes I had wisely brought with me. I stopped to kill a dozen or so giant bats before climbing the rope to the outside. The bats only dropped bones. Once I was on the surface, I teleported to Al Kharid.
I ran to the dock and took a boat trip to Daemonheim. From the shore, I ran south, then east to the entrance to the Daemonheim Woodcutting island dungeon. I entered this dungeon for the first time, earning 2,400 Dungeoneering XP. This got me Dungeoneering level 33.
Inside I found plenty of maple and willow trees. Since my Woodcutting is currently level 43, I cannot quite chop maples yet. I chopped a full inventory of willow logs, then teleported back to Al Kharid to bank the logs. Once I have attained 45 Woodcutting, this will be an excellent place to train the skill further.

I brought an accursed urn I had filled to 25% capacity with impious ashes I had collected from slaying icefiends some time ago with me to Ice Mountain. I killed a total of 78 icefiends, which was a little more than I needed to completely fill the urn. I ran down the mountain and stopped in front of the monastery, where I activated the air rune to teleport the urn away. This was the first accursed urn I filled. Teleporting it away earned me 375 Prayer XP.
I wonder where it went.
I was about to head to the Grand Exchange to sell some of my loot and bank the rest when I received word of a goblin raid taking place in the Taverley wheat field. I remembered catching Guthixian butterflies there a couple of months ago. I had only enabled these notifications this morning, and they were already about to pay off. I teleported to Taverley and ran south to the wheat field.
This was my first goblin raid, although I had seen Hollowtoof, their leader, once before at the southwest Varrock mine. He was alone and being attacked by someone else. I joined the fight, but was ignored and got no loot.
I arrived at the wheat field and began attacking goblin raiders. They fought fairly well, but not good enough. I killed seven of them. Then I stopped to talk to Hollowtoof. He said this was a raid and demanded I give him my stuff. I told him I didn't think I would, and that he should give me his stuff - because this was a raid! Intimidated by me, the goblin leader gave me a raider chainbody, raider shield, and raider axe. Then he and the remaining raiders fled and three dwarves arrived. I spoke with the commander and he rewarded me with potato, barley, and marigold seeds.
I'm sure I'll run into Hollowtoof and his raiders again someday soon.

Tonight I fought more hill giants. Burying their big bones got me 45 Prayer.
Late tonight I made my third trip to the Daemonheim Woodcutting island resource dungeon. I chopped willows there until I reached 45 Woodcutting. I then switched to chopping maple trees. After a few inventories, I reached 46 Woodcutting.
Before I was done, I managed to complete task 2 on the Yak Track by chopping 165 logs. Task 3 is to skill and kill 15 times. That should be simple enough.

Tonight I completed a Daily Smithing Challenge by smithing a pair of rune battleaxes - a regular version and an off-hand version. Redeeming it got me 62 Smithing. I added these new weapons to my bank and took out my adamant battleaxes +2 to sell on the Grand Exchange. I got 66,000gp for the regular adamant battleaxe +2 and 64,207gp for the off-hand variant.
I was considering what to do next - a quest, some dungeoneering, or straight up combat - when I received word of another goblin raid happening. This one was taking place at the Lumbridge copper mine. I teleported to Lumbridge and ran south to the mine.
This was my second goblin raid. I started attacking the goblin raiders. I killed four of them. Then I stopped to talk to Hollowtoof again. Just like last time, he said this was a raid and demanded I give him my stuff. I told him I didn't think I would, and that he should give me his stuff - because this was a raid! However, this time the goblin leader said he had nothing for me and begged me to spare his life. I told him I would let him go this time - but secretly I was planning to attack him once I had dealt with the remaining raiders first. I killed two more raiders. Then the game crashed! I quickly logged back in and continued the battle, killing the four raiders still standing. I had slain ten goblin raiders and, aside from coins, all they dropped was a total of one chaos rune. I rested for a few minutes to completely restore my health. Then I moved in to confront Hollowtoof, since he and I were the only two left. He was angry I had killed all the others. I charged towards him, and he teleported away as Commander Yodri and his Black Guard dwarves arrived. I spoke with Yodri and he rewarded me with 35 noted clay, 21 iron stone spirits, and 24 coal stone spirits.
Hollowtoof's luck will run out someday.
