Yak To The Shadows update:
I finished Task #10 - a Dungeoneering task - a short time ago. I chose to complete 6 frozen floors on complexity 1, so I wouldn't be slowed down by skilling or puzzles. However, I did have to actually complete 7 floors, because Floor 6 did not get counted towards completing the task, all because I chose to end what I hoped was the final dungeon by climbing up the ladder in the starting room after killing the boss, rather than climbing down to the next level in the boss room, and then ending that floor by climbing the ladder in the starting room. Bah!
Here's a list of the floors I did and the bosses I faced:
Floors 1-4: Icy Bones (Easy fights. He barely wounded me. Once I took no damage at all!)
Floor 5: Luminescent Icefiend (I hate this guy and his stupid icicles! Bloody fight, but I won.)
Floor 6: Gluttonous Behemoth (Quick easy fight. I made sure to stand in front of its food)
Floor 11: Plane-freezer Lakhrahnaz (Annoying, but fairly brief battle. I took slight damage.)
7/6 floors completed, and I was reminded yet again of the reasons why I dislike Dungeoneering so much! At least it saved me from buying and burying a bunch of bones.
For Task #11, I could craft 400 pieces of armor out of snakeskin or green dragonhide leather. I'm not sure why blue dragonhide leather wasn't included as an option. Since this sounds tedious and expensive, I'm all too happy to go with the other task choice: to mine 155 ores (coal or better). I'm planning to stock up on coal and mithril, in case I find myself having to do some mid-level smelting for a future task.

You can buy XP. You can't buy experience.
"...From The 'Scape" is very nearly here.
