Bought a new phone and with my new phone I'm standing in a members area. This is the second time this has happened to me in a year. It has nothing to do with me not being a member. I'm absolutely a member. Flag my account, fix it. I'm tired of dealing with this stupid issue. Bought a new phone and with my new phone I'm standing in a members area. Standing in a members area is not something Jagex can fix for you.
If your account is a member, you only get that error message for one of these two reasons:
* you logged in to a F2p world by accident
* you logged in with the wrong account by accident.

Using a new device makes me suspect it is the second point rather than the first.
If you have been using a pre-filled login on your old device, then started using a new device, it is possible you are not entering that old pre-filled login. Check your login.
