Try switching to a members world as if you are in a members only area you can not log in on your account in a free to play world which would effect it arbormoon, hope that solves it and you quit getting these messages, since it seems to be a reoccurring issue maybe uninstall and reinstall the mobile client?

Only then can they log into a F2p world.

The issue is caused by the player trying to log into a F2p world when they are not standing in a F2p area.

I hate to Necro this post, but it appears people are still having issues with this on Mobile.

In my situation I had to log into my character on the computer.

Home teleport to Lumbridge (a F2P location) and then log out.

I was then able to log into my account on Mobile, switch worlds to members, and teleport back to a member location.

After this my account acknowledged that i was a member, and this issue stopped.

If this does not work for you, and its been over 24 hours, submit a ticket through what ever means you can, since you cannot easily submit tickets for this and most issues.

@Mods: perhaps a link should be added in the Known Error Messages category in technical support describing methods to resolve this issue.

It appears you're both Members by now. If it tells you that your character is standing in a Member's location, it means you're already Member and are signing in to a F2P world.

If you were not Member, the game would have relocated your character to Lumbridge. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
