This happened to me as well. Not only have I waited 24 hours but I've been waiting a week for my player to "reset". I bought a bond and still can't log in. Yes I have moved to a free world to log in and that does not help. Please please please flag this response so we can get it resolved.

If you are getting the error message "you are standing in a members area" you must log in to a members world to move your character.
You cannot log in to a free world if you have that error message.

If you try a members world and still can't get into the game, post back with a copy/paste of the error message.

So now I am getting a new error message that reads,
Invalid Credentials.
For accounts created after 24th November 2010, please use your email address to login. Otherwise please login with your username.
I have tried to do just this but keep getting the same error message.

Is the affected account 'ArborMoon'?

And you are successfully logging in to the website but unable to log in to the game with the exact same login information?
Are you using a pre-filled login?
Are you using a shortcut login e.g. through your Google account?
Check the login.

Are you using Authenticator?
Try disabling Authenticator then set it up again.

Yes the account ArborMoon is affected.

I am able to log into the website no problem but the game has the same login info and I am getting the error message "Invalid Credentials".

I am using a google shortcut to log into the website, when I try with my email it brings up the authenticator, which I have, then I the number doesn't work.

If you are using your Google account to get access to the website, you should also be able to use your Google account to get access to the game.

This sounds like the email login might be for another account and not ArborMoon.

The Google login can be a bit confusing.

So I wasn't doing that prior and just logged in with my google account and I'm still getting the "Invalid Credentials" error message. I'm 100% my information is correct because I keep having to log into the website to post on this forum and I have no problem. Do you have any other suggestions?

ok now I'm having to original problem again where it says I'm standing a members only area. My account just auto renewed my membership so it shouldn't matter which world I'm in. Trying a free world does not solve the problem.
