At the time of the crash I was: I was opening the mobile app and it crashes and exits out before it even gets to the loading screen.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes, it happens every time I try to use the app. I've gone through all the trouble shooting methods multiple times.

Crashes everytime I attempt to boot the application up, window pops up and then disappears
Can it be reproduced?: Yes, occurs everytime when attempting to open application. Performed reinstalls and power resets and still have no success.

At the time of the crash I was: attempting to log in. After sign in info is input, game loads then crashes. My friend can see my account log in but screen never loads and app closes.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes. Every time I try to log in. Phone systems opens a window stating the app has a bug and I should wait for the fix and update the app. I have tried restarting phone, Uninstalling and re-installing app to no prevail.

At the time of the crash I was: Entering the hole to the underground in Lumbridge swamp.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes

The app just updated on my tablet and was running fine until I tried to enter the hole in Lumbridge swamp. I attached my rope, and the app crashed as soon as I clicked on the hole. I now cannot log in, the app crashes on every log in attempt. I've removed cache and data, uninstalled and re-installed the app, all to no avail.

At the time of the crash I was: Teleporting to Ghorrock Dungeon with the Ring of Shadows
Can it be reproduced?: Yes

I have encountered a fatal error that seems to be revolving around the DT2 boss locations. This has happened to me three times now. The first two, I teleported to Lassar Undercity with the Ring of Shadows then attempted to climb up the rope to the Ruins of Camdozaal. The app crashed and crashed again every time afterward I tried to login. I could not move my character to a different location unless I used the desktop client. I tele'ed to my POH then the GE and the mobile version allowed me to login again. (This was all after trying to reinstall/logout and in again) Just now I tele'ed to Ghorrock Dungeon with the ring of shadows and it crashed the game again. (Thought Lassar might be bugged, but maybe it's teleporting to any DT2 location?) Tried moving deeper into the dungeon to just outside Duke's lair, but the mobile client still crashes while I am there. It may be relevant that I wasn't experiencing any of these issues earlier today or yesterday until after I downloaded the most recent update from the app store.
