osrs mobile, the game keeps kicking me out to main login screen, the app does not crash the game keeps logging me out for some reason. I would just like some help so I can play. hello i went to wooxsolo stream and he said he was ending streams, and he had linked a fake runescape website and got all my login info so i can see why he is ending and they hacked my account

Hi all,

For everyone getting the recent disconnection issue with iOS devices, Jagex has stated they are expecting it to be fixed on Thursday, 11 AM UTC. In the meantime please avoid busy worlds and locations in the game.

Game does not actually crash or freeze for me. I am losing ALL visibility that isn't a part of the UI.

The Chat UI, Minimap and buttons, the Inventory/skills UI and adjacent menus ALL WORK FINE! The game remains COMPLETELY playable, but I lose all visibility inside of the game itself. I'm playing completely blind for as much as 30 seconds at a time. Enemies, rocks, trees, garden patches, food, potions, etc...... EVERYTHING remains playable and interactive, yet only the dots on the minimap provide any indication of what is actually going on....... Black screen......

This crash is happening to many users since the last update was pushed to our phones. If you check google app reviews every now and then, this issue would not be a surprise here. Just an acknowledgment of this bug would show users that Jagex is aware of the issue and is currently working on a hotfix. As for my own attempts to fix, I've tried:
- clearing cache
-uninstall/reinstall
-reverting other updated apps to previous versions
-checked all other apps for issues, there were none

Error I am receiving is "Unfortunately, Oldschool RuneScape has stopped." With the option of Report or Ok.

The App brings up a black screen for a brief moment when used, then it minimizes with the error message. The App does not show up in my recently used app tray, showing it never actually executed.

A few words go a long way to conserving a good relationship with customers, throw us a little bone so we know that this is known and being worked on, or some may just turn away.

Hello!

I have had this problem now for few months. Whenever I click on the application it immediately crashes and I am unable to play on it. Some other people have had the same issue on google play reviews.

Was fixed like month or so ago but now happening again. Last time fix was to clear data and cache so I had to manually login every time but this isn't working anymore. Immediately crashing when starting the application. Reinstalling or clearing cache/data not helping either.
