When i login to my accounts i click click here to continue and my app automatically closes. This was never an issue until the Christmas update.

Playtime (Approx): I can choose when it happens.
I can play the game for hours doing normal stuff. But when i go f2p pking and just started a fight then after 0-10 seconds the game crashes.

Can it be reproduced: Yes like i explained it only happens when i pk. Havent tried members pking but probably the same.

At the time of the crash I was:Sitting in Grand Exchange game said it lost connection was attempting to restablish but it ended up disconnecting i lost 298k.

Every time I log in and click on tap here to play it loads in and then any action I try to perform after that doesn’t work. I click to move, or bank, or cut a tree and it does nothing for a minute and then the app crashes. This has been happening to me for about a week now. Athens app worked perfectly on my iPhone 6S. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and still doesn’t work. Help!!!

At the time of the crash I was: After log in, when I click "TAP HERE TO PLAY" it crashes.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes.

It used to work before. I don't know exactly when it stopped working because I didn't play the mobile for a few weeks in november, but it didn't work anymore since then. I tried restarting the device, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling.

At the time of the crash I was: Pressing the 'Tap to Play' button on the welcome screen.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes. It happens every time I tap the play button. When mobile first came out it ran pretty well on my phone. I took about a 2 month break from the game and just returned today and I'm now crashing. I tried clearing game data/cache, reinstalling the game, and restarting my phone.

The crash happens anytime my phone switches from power saving mode to regular or vice versa.

Playtime (Approx): 2 hours or so, finished slayer task and teleported via fairy ring to kebos, opened map and app crashed—
At the time of the crash I was: 11:55 am est
Can it be reproduced?:second time games crashed after opening map in a week-minimal invonvienence as not doing anything dangerous during crash—
would like feedback if possible via message center or email regarding possible fixes for this thanks
