What is the issue?: Touch Offset. I noticed it happened when I try to dismiss the pest control victory message where it says tap here to continue.
Where is the issue?: Anywhere on the screen
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: Restarting does fix in addition to just waiting a while.

What is the issue?: ground textures distort/appear through special attack bar text. the text appears fine when placed on a wall/floor tile with no debris textures ect.
Where is the issue?: Catacombs of kourend primarially. but other areas too.
Does restarting the client fix the issue? no

just to add, i have found more area's where this is happening and why,
It appears that text on the UI is slightly transparent on the edges allowing background to shine through at certain angles. here are two pics, one if you look at Dharoks equipment on the guide you can see mushrooms showing through the text from behind, And another of the equipment screen showing the background of zanaris showing around the character ect.
