What is the issue?: can't proceed with quest? (Freminik isles) I am near the end of the quest and all I am trying to do is enter the cave to fight the trolls and I can't open the door and enter. I have tried many times and have to telly away.
Where is the issue?: cave north east of natisnot
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: no Ozzy Online

Playtime (Approx): 5 to 10 minutes
What is the issue?: Issues when in bank or private chatting. When searching for an item my game lags and I'm unable to search and message people. I get a large lag spike and the game freezes and I'm unable to message or search for items in bank. Only way I can fix this issue is closing the app and going back into it.
Where is the issue?: everywhere. 9/10 times it's at a bank
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: Yes..I have to close down the app

Ran into a problem with kings randsom quest issue during the Anna courthouse cutscene everything goes well until it’s time to call my witness forth. I cannot interact with any one thing in the courtroom after choosing my witness, further more if I tab out and back in I am able to drag the screen around. Not sure what’s causing the issue but I e tried on multiple
Android and iOS devices. Can*t seem to find a common issue other than maybe the cutscene is just overlaying the actually screen and I am unable to see what I’m tapping as the screen freezes during a tap gesture but allows me to drag the screen around other wise. Thank you for your time!

is anyone able to get a definitive answer as to this issue? Seems I’m not the only one seeing this problem. Thanks for the hard work JAGEX

Trying to doGarden of Tranquility quest on my iPhone 13 or iPad. I am almost at the end and whenever I try and use the trolley to put a statue on it, the statue just disappears and a flashing yellow arrow points to the trolley. No matter what I do the statue never appears and I can** move the trolley at all. I have reported the bug but haven’t heard anything back. Any help would be grand.

As others have already reported - I can't complete the Garden of Tranquillity quests on Mobile. The statues are not visible when the trolly is used so they can't be moved around.

I have a mobile-locked acc so it's basically blocked from all the content behind that quest: Swan Song, Varrock Medium Diary & therefore Hard/Elite, Making Friends with My Arm, Western Provinces Hard Diary and therefore Elite, multiple music unlocks, clue steps, multiple locations.

Using IPhone X R

Please let me move forward with the acc by fixing this bug :)

Hi, I managed to make this work on Mobile. Once the trolley is used, and the statue has disappeared - if you run away from the trolly until the statue would no longer be rendered, and then run back - the statue will successfully re-render and you can interact with it.

For me, this enabled me to finish the quest on mobile.

I've not yet found a way to complete Kings Ransom quest on mobile - the cutscene doesn't let me click on the witness. Trying a bunch of things.
