What is the issue?: visual glitch in canifis agility course
Where is the issue?: on the tree to start the course
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: no

After starting a round of the canifis agility rooftop course, it sometimes leaves you on top of the tree. If you click the roof next to it it will place you on the roof, but it should be doing that automatically. I have screenshots to show it happened two separate times and has happened more as well.

When logging into a PVP world, instead of a warning about it being a PVP World, the warning says that you're in a member's area and you need to log into a FTP world and wouldn't let me log in. Switching to a different member's world that wasn't PVP fixed the problem.

Hi,

was just completing the advanced elven cliffside scramble task on the elite western diaries and it 100% doesn't work, just tried on multiple worlds. Had just completed the make a magic longbow step which worked fine. I can perform the action but it doesn't tick it off in the diary.

What is the issue? : Every time I try to login to my OSRS account on iOS, I get a message that I can only login to a F2P world. I do not get this message on Desktop or the Android version of the game.
This started happening after the latest update last week, when the game told me to update the client. It wouldn't automatically so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it from the App Store.
Afterwards, whenever I logged in it would show the "Sign in with Game Center" and "Sign in with RS Account" menu, and ask for my password and pin, even when I clicked on "Remember username".
One time, I clicked on the "Sign in with Game Center" button, which created a new OSRS account on tutorial island so I signed out. Afterwards, any attempt to sign into my RS Account, by clicking on the "Sign in with RS Account" button, results in me logging into the Game Center Account, even after uninstalling the app. Even when I type in an incorrect password when logging into my RS Account, it still proceeds to ask for a PIN. I can also type in anything into the PIN field and it will show a successful login, but logs me into the Game Center account, not my RS Account.
Where is the issue? : Login Screen
Does restarting the client fix the issue? : No

The Beta had no loss of internet connection when apps went to background. It’s been 2 years and the mobile support team hasn’t fixed this for IOS. I just found out Android can stay logged in to the background for 5+ minutes... this would greatly improve the experience of Apple users.

Yes background app refresh is toggled green for my settings. If the app is moved over for more than 30 seconds (eg to change a song) poof lost my connection and spot in a dungeon or instance.

What is the issue?: after swapping back to mobile app, all textures disappear, all that is left is black and white. Started happening sometimes after latest update. Also the game gets squished (sometimes stretched) from top to bottom (for a second) every time I swap back to the mobile app from any different app.

At the time of the crash I was: anything I do in game, it's random but often and just logs me out even during fights, it then says server error, then makes me wait to log back in saying my session hasn't ended. When I do log back in I'm likely dead and lost gold and items and teleported far from where I was at. It's making gameplay very aggravating as it's causing the game to just stop at any given time. It happens continuously to the point I can barely even play 2 min without a crash.
Can it be reproduced?: It's litterally constant.
