spoken to jagex support regarding the issue and hopefully they will get this resolved but at this current moment in time the issue is still ongoing and I'm still not receiving emails for my password reset, it wont send me verification codes anymore due to my stressed behaviour in trying to guess the code to log in

I've spammed myself with recovery requests trying to get something back and I've also added all jagex domains to my contact list I just need one email for a password reset and I'm back in can change my email to something more stable and set up authenticator, not sure how long this will take but I need some type of intervention as this is just stuck in a loop and I've essentially lost access to all my accounts over a glitch in the system

Note, seems there are others with the exact same issue which proves my theory it's indeed a bug

So I've now found 8 people across the forums who are having the same issue and all jagex are saying is check your emails, so this isn't an isolated incident and I am pretty confident in saying this is a bug in the system jagex are either unaware of or refusing So admit to the problem trying to push it back onto the player to fix when it's not something that we can fix

Until jagex admits fault myself and over time many many others could even go into the thousands will be locked out of our accounts, support haven't contacted me back since yesterday afternoon so I may either have to submit another ticket or be forced to leave the game because their system is glitched and they refused to admit fault

Day 458 still can't get an email from jagex, the support team have stopped emailing me now and it looks like my time on runescape is over because of a bug that jagex refuse to acknowledge, if left unchecked this jag account could be the end of runescape as more and more people face the same problem im facing once it becomes a forced event

Jagex please take a look at the name of the account its called a BETA so things can and will go wrong, repair the system and give everyone whos locked out their access back before rolling it out to even more people

were now on 20th April, 12 days since jagex system stopped sending me emails and jagex support have stopped talking to me, goodluck to everyone who has transferred to a jag account and god help us all when the system forces everyone to use a jag account, might be a small group now but more and more people will start getting this exact same issue as time goes on and jagex are point blank refusing to accept responsibility putting the blame back onto the player

Do I understand this right, you have made a 2nd Jagex account that functions properly, but the original is short-circuited with all your characters? I thought they were saying they can manually transfer character accounts if there is some error.

You can get the billing receipts on the email but they can't deliver Jagex account related emails to that same address? That seems like an error to me. You were having an email dialogue and they said you must fill out the form that never arrives?

The fact you know they sent the email should be proof of your intention to regain access.
