not recieving emails

this is basically whats happening, yes this is the correct email and my previous verifications are here
Edit: Just made a small purchase and clicked forgot my password to see if i would recieve these emails, recieved the email confirming my purchase but not the one to reset my password

Lost for what to do now, Jagex is marked as a favourite on my contacts list, emails for purchases are coming through but not ones for logging in or account recovery
I cant log into my account management or log in to runescape without going through the settings option in lobby then selecting runescape home, which i may lose access to in a week or 2 if the launcher gets an update
also cant log in on my mobile app
Nope exhausted every possible solution clicked on forgotten password read through support and the stickys in this forum, added jagex to my contacts and favourited searched through all my emails, tried other ways of getting around the authentication which wont arrive in my inbox and nothing works so this must be on jagex's side as i litterally cant get an email from account settings but i can get emails from puchases

Are you still logged in on the launcher?
If so, open the drop-down top right and click on 'Account'. That will open the Jagex Account setting page in your browser. That will show which verification methods are currently enabled. Does it still say 'Enabled' beside 'Security codes via email'? Glad to be of service

Hi frost here's what happens when i follow your instructions
I can open some basic account settings which is just specific to this account for messages, subscriptions etc... but to go onto the settings its asking me to click this link
which after clicking my linked account just loops me back to the same page
