So just for laughs decided to create a twitter account with my rs email then do a password recovery this email arrived, tried doing another password recovery on runescape and still met with silence so I don't think the issue is on my end
The last email received from jagex was at 15:14 at around 9pm I got sick of all the emails and went to log into my jag account prompting me to log in again with the intentions of setting up authenticator and printing out my backup codes, this is when my verification code never arrived and since then everything has just delved into chaos the only way to get an email from jagex is to make a purchase there's no other emails after 3pm so I'm guessing the link was severed between these 2 time frames
As this account means everything to me I will do everything I can to get back full control and will still check and update this thread till the issue is resolved, sorry I'm trying to just not think about it but it's like being told not to press the big red shiny button the more you try not to think of it the more its starts bothering you

So now I have another jag account with my personal email I can confirm that account is working fine and can get into all the settings and also receiving emails, the only account that won't receive emails from jagex is my runescape email address. I've spent all day troubleshooting my email trying to figure out why and I'm stumped everything I can think of doing I've done jagex just refuses to send emails to that account and not a clue why, there's no way to change the email as I can't log in to do it, all I have is limtwd access to my main, I can't get into the account preferences neither can I change or view any details beyond this character, I'm completely locked out of my noob, iron-man and skiller account
So I've just sent myself another password recovery request and not received the email still, can you please flag this for a jmod to review to check everything is as it should be and its not an issue with my account settings which I'm unable to access

Going back to that gif you posted, there's something off there. If you click the "Account" link in the Launcher it should go to the Jagex Account's setting page without having to log in again. Perhaps something in your browser is blocking the pop-up.
In the screenshot in the same post, clicking the link you've arrowed should also open the Jagex Account settings. So again, it looks like something in the browser is causing a problem.
The Jagex Account settings are on a different website from the character settings. The URL for the Jagex Settings is:

Make sure that website is not blocked in your browser. You can cut and paste the above link into your browser (or try it in a different browser), and it should ask you to log in on your Jagex Account.

nope jumped onto microsoft edge I never use as a different browser same problem,
I can only seem to log into this specific character and can't go beyond that without entering in my password and email, which when i do now tells me i need to change my password and its sent me a recovery link which of course I haven't received because i cant get emails from jagex
If only there was someway of receiving an email on the account i registered jag with and have emails from before then all my issues will suddenly be resolved, but now i cant even get a password reset nevermind a verification code, this really needs looking at by a jmod theres something terribly wrong here and it doesnt make sense
With advice given from applejuice I've sent myself password recovery requests at 8am 4pm and 11pm none of these have arrived and mainly spent the day playing resident evil, a small break from the game could do me some good been hitting it hard recently going for 2 120s in mining and woodcutting almost got them plus almost 2bil xp but now I only have partial access I really don't want to put time and effort into a game I could get locked out of and only have partial access, I've also opted to cancelling my membership so I won't get charged if I do get locked out, I'll renew this subscription once I regain full control and set up authenticator as a main means to logging in and using the email verification as a backup,
Right now the only way to log in which is these email verification codes has failed on me dramatically meaning I could lose an account I grew up with and put in years of work and effort into, of it wasn't for my senseless clicking around I wouldn't be talking to you now and I'm not happy about linking my account and would like to unlink it but I can't do that right now otherwise I will lock myself out completely
Sent myself a further 2 password recovery requests today still yet to receive an email, love to know where all these emails are going because they aren't arriving in the registered email inbox
just sent another now and yet to receive an email, what will it take to have this issue reviewed as I cant put in for an account recovery request with a jag account, surely someone in jagex hq can look into this and let me know why im not receiving emails on my registered email address
could be possible that with the sheer amount of requests i've made the system might of bugged or frozen or something and its stopped sending the requests for account security reasons, either way i still believe this wont end till it's reviewed by a jmod but alas i will continue to send myself recovery requests if im still locked out when my membership expires i think thats when its time to walk away but thats not for another 6 weeks yet
Although spamming the system has yielded a result, not the password recovery im after just spamming that change email as well seeing if i can get a response and the email has responded still cant get a response from jag though to give me a password recovery email
Hey there! I was having the same issues with this and found all the emails from Jagex (specifically the Jagex Account verification codes) hidden within my Junk mail have you checked this?
yes, i have checked junk and spam, added a rule to move all emails from jagex.com to inbox and forward a copy to another email, ive repaired my email twice and diagnosed all possible issues, The emails arent arriving in my emails at all
I've even done a full wide scale search of all emails for "jagex" and nothing is coming up
Unfortunately I can't share a screenshot of my spam folder as some emails I receive are explicit and the forum rules on images means I could potentially get a permanent forum ban without warning but rest assured the emails aren't in my spam folder I've checked and added rules to my email so if by some chance they do end up in there they will be moved to my inbox and forwarded to another email address, I've set all this up to make 110% sure that I don't miss an email if it arrives
Problem is they aren't arriving and there's nothing i can do, since I've imported all my accounts to this jagex account if its not fixed I could potentially lose all my accounts over a glitch and I really really need jagex to look into this, if a jmod did decide to email me on the registered email I can and will respond but the specific email that does password recovery and the verification codes is the one that isn't arriving, as for the wolf I've run back and checked and no I didn't import it I forgot about that and thought I did the characters I imported was werewolf, werewolf 2nd, it's a wolf and a werewolf
Just submitted a ticket to the support centre if anything at least jagex will look into it and see if there's anything wrong worst that can happen is my account gets locked which won't make much difference at this point as I can barely log in anyway, I've received that email btw so yes I am getting some emails just not others
Since I've now submitted a ticket let me clear the air a little, if I get full access back I WILL reply on thos thread that the issue has been resolved so if I stop posting or go silent it's not because it's dealt with and It's no longer needed it's because I'm completely locked out and can no longer post on the forums, unless you hear from me confirming everything is back to normal it's best to assume the issue is still ongoing and I'm locked out all together
