since all of the spirit shields are not passing what are your plans for the other items you'll add to the drop table, since you said in the stream that if they don't pass you would add a brand new item in-game, any ideas of to what this item may be? and will we have a chance to vote on it to make sure it's not overly powered as well? but also will it be still worth killing corp for? i think it's worth killing corp even without the shields, as it has fairly good drops, but not 100% worth it all of the time.

I agree that Rooftops are significantly easier than conventional courses due to the fact that players don't need energy potions, quests completed, or food.

The MLM smithing method is also quite overpowered considering the lack of requirements.

I think iron man mode is just idiot. I wont be using it for sure. However i know many people like the idea so i voted Yes for it to pass. I know i prob won*** have any spirit shield , but who knows.

How is it selfish to vote no? If anything, people that want Iron Man Mode are selfish. Why not request content that everyone can enjoy, instead of a select few players who choose to restrict themselves? Why must the development team cater for like 1%* of the population (*complete guess but I personally never met an Iron Man in game)?

If you ask me, they should be grateful to get this mode at all, but still they whine about badges, losing current progress and possible loop holes about cheating. Worst still, they already have a hiscore table planned - where's the hiscores table for something that is current game content, you know, Bounty Hunter? A point system/kill streaks system is so easily recordable.

I am all for Corp because everyone can enjoy that. I don't mind if Jagex decide to add spirit shields or a new item to be dropped, either way it will be good.

will all items other players sell to the store simply not appear for iron men? i know you won't be able to sell an item such as a robin hood hat to the general store on your main then buy it on an iron man, but what about items like rune platelegs? if you sell like 50 to the champion's guild on 1 account then buy 1 on your iron man, you could get them for around 1/2 off since the price falls as the shop stock increases.

Is this a serious comment? Lmao cannot believe you said corp would be worth killing without its primary rare drops. Corp will be dead content upon release if there aren't drops that balance the cost of supplies to kill it.

As an iron man account who has been playing for a bit over 3 months, I'm personally devastated that iron man mode is coming. As many have said, I believe it's a way of playing the game such as lvl 3 skillers and 1 def pures, not a game mode in itself. Even though you plan on recognizing existing iron man accounts, I do feel that I have put hundreds of hours in to this account for nothing now. I feel like players who this update will not affect have defaulted to a "yes" vote, rather than a "no" vote. I think if this were polled to players it had an effect on I.E. existing iron man accounts, and people not currently playing iron man but interested in an official mode, the vote would not nearly reach a 75% "yes".

WITH THAT SAID
I will be making a new account for the official mode, and competing for high scores. I am quite interested to hear from the JMods a little more detail about how and when the mode will be implemented, as it does seem it will pass the poll. As with Bounty Hunter, will it burst into the game this coming weekly update (as I recall on a Q&A stream that most of the groundwork and engine support was done), or will it be delayed a little while? I also hope that we will be able to trade on the RS3 side of the account, as I would hope to support this account on bonds. Any further details you guys could provide on the actual release would be greatly appreciated, as I for one would love to get as good a start as possible in the first few hours.
