Those are the proposed drop rates, at least 220x rarer than they were before. This entire discussion of stats is moot unless they drop rates are fixed or Reach's typo corrected. They could make the Elysian have the powers of a rotten potato and it wouldn't matter since nobody in this lifetime would get one. We're talking 40000+ hours for a 6 man team to even have a decent chance of seeing ONE.

I vote yes to nearly every game addition to 07, because I believe old school is basically pre-eoc ruining everything, not a static snapshot of 2007 runescape. However I will be voting no because I hated when RS3 moved towards a direction of only a few people being able to afford certain gear. Grinding for dozens of hours for ags was one thing. Needing 500m for a divine is far too much. We need more rewards that your work towards, such as quest and minigame rewards. Less overpowered items that you buy with your transferred bond money.

the math is extremely broken. he also says the drop rate order is spec > arcane > ely > divine. You need more than 8 slots on the sigil table to make that work or you will inevitably result in at least 2 of the sigils having the same drop rate.

Only a fool would try to transfer the amount of money that'll be needed for one of these. That'd be asking to get scammed.

Believe magic to only be for support? Think again. It's just as valid of a Pking style as melee and range is.

And it's not like I'm some noob that couldn't afford anything. I nearly maxed RS3 before EoC made me quit, and I rarely had over 400m at a time. There are 10s of thousands of hours to be grinded away in RS as it is. We don't need to make it any worse. I know someone will act like I can just not buy it if I can't afford it, but these changes do affect the game. It will be harder for me to stand up against someone with a divine or elysian in pvp minigames, safe and dangerous.

EDIT: With our small playerbase, might want to consider adjusting the drop rates though. You can't have the same drop rates as it had when there was 120k+ players on at any given time. We have less then half that amount.
