So would it drain 12.5% as prayer pts?
After reworking the math for the new "reworked" divine on page 20
After doing the math for 31 inventory spaces at 99 hp/pray using super res/sara brews:
Elysian + 31 brews is 2405 damage (17.5%)
Divine + 28 brews and 3 super res is 2560 damage (22.5%)
Reworked divine + 12 brew:1sr ratio is 2442 damage (18.75%)

Uh, Mod Ronan/Reach, can you confirm that 1/65,536 kills lands on the sigil table which has (presumably) 2/8, 2/8, 1/8, 1/8 chance of spec/arc/ely/div? Am I correct in assuming this means that overall there is a 1/262,144 chance for say spectral and a measly 1/524,288 chance of divine?
If that's the case I might as well just cancel my members since it'll be circa 2019 before one even drops.
Half both the damage reduction effects on the Divine & Ely if a player is using it in a PvP area (Wilderness or PvP Worlds) but have the full effect so PvMer's can enjoy the OP items to their hearts content.
This will help reduce the effect these shields have on the PvP scene and reduce the fact they're ** as hell.

Oh yeah, I agree divine should be the most powerful then with it being the rarest and just to keep people "right" & what they're used to from RS3, just seems like low numbers on paper that won't really change that much in the grand scheme of things.
Shame there was no new items, that's what I was looking forward to mostly.

I suggest you also increase the divine's prayer drain to 60% of damage received, it cannot be too overpowered as it will cause other items to drop in price.

50 % is already more then smite m8.
No.
You hit a 40, that turns into a 28 while draining 20 prayer points?
