I'm probably sure this question has been asked, but will this bounty hunter, assuming that it passes the poll, replaces an existing world or will be added into existing world (means one extra world)?
This factor can potentially influence voter's decision.

I approve of this idea. I feel that the PJ timer should be the equivalent to that of the current pj timer in the wilderness. Also, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back a ranking system for both target kills and non target kills. That in itself would be enough of a reason for me to PK in the BH worlds, even if the loot wasn't good.

I agree with this. It could potentially give rangers more variety of weapons while giving some actual use to unused content at the same time. Should be done with throwing axes as well-except they'd be referred to as 'gem socketed' instead of gem tipped. Same effects, slower speed, lower accuracy, higher range str.

The target system has. The reward system has not. They don't even know what items it might have yet..hence the reason for this blog.

Believe magic to only be for support? Think again. It's just as valid of a Pking style as melee and range is.

how about instead of focusing purely on pvp why dont also add something for the skillers and pvmers to get them in there aswell. an idea for this would be certain marks obtainable through pvp, pvm, and skilling will each have a seperate shop with specific marks as currency. the difference in the marks would mean that the skilling marks cant be used for pvp items and visa versa.
skilling
choices could range from buying a scroll that will allow hunters to have a 1/10 chance to catch 2 black chins. using hunter as an example you can easily swap out percentages for balancing in skilling areas. ex: 1/20 chance of getting 2 runite ore and so on.
now for
wildy pvm marks
. these marks will be used to help players become better at pvming the wildy bosses and maybe even kbd. some purchases may include passive damage buffs/reductions to each boss which all need to be purchased individually. for example a passive damage reduction to callisto will not also work for the others.
another idea for this concept is that it can be upgraded in tiers each costing more.
quick thought for this is 10 tiers each increasing by 1 damage so at level 10 youll reduce damage by 10 and so on. for the damage buffs however i feel that each tier should work as a hidded +2 str or a half damage capping at 5 extra damage potential. these marks will be rewarded from wildy bosses aswell to increase risk/reward.
