I personally do not want Dragon Claws because it's to overpowered.. however..

This is my own idea of what should be one of the rewards

My idea is what I think should be released as a new weapon that's like the dragon mace with around the same bonus or if not better. Little more crush bonus more then the dragon mace but less accurate and the special attack could be something as simple as using the special attack of 50% per special (only 2 specials in a row) with a max hit increase of 10% when using it (but only for the special itself). Also gives more accurately when used in PvP battles such as wilderness so when you are at godwars it'll only be like 5% more max hit increase instead. (hope you all understand what I mean)

I'd like to see a penalty for teleporting away from a battle against your target and possibly anyone.
I'd also like to see the 10 second PvP timer added for when targets exit the wilderness so you can remain fighting them for 10 seconds should they try and run away.

This all sounds good, but i have an idea that was floating in my head just a bit.

what if, when you killed your target, there was a certain % chance that the 1-4 items they drop with the highest alch value would disapear. In place would be said rewards from the shop. (whatever we vote on bringing in) and say if you kill anyone else there could be a very small chance of the same thing happening.(way less %)

I just liked the idea of a money-sink. Rewards would have to be tweaked to alch value price.

from what i read it sounded like it would be on 1 world? with this i feel it could be on every world.

I would love to see brawlers (ik it didnt pass before :( ) and any of the pvp armours/weapons, and of course any player created content.

Sorry this isn't the best explanation. I r newb.

Please leave 07scape as it is. This is the kind of stuff that ruined RS3. You are taking the path to RS3 over again and you aren't even noticing it! This has to stop, at least let the community vote, this bad idea would never pass.

You should be able to spend points on weapon upgrades. These upgrades wil be similar to the tentacle whip. Giving weapons and armour a minor boost. Using the weapon upgrades makes the weapon untradeable and degradeable.

The boost would only work in PvP. As in, when you are in the wilderness or PvP worlds. This is so PvM'ers will not be forced to PvP just to get the best gear to kill bosses.

-How it works/The Perks:

-This will add incentive to the Bounty Hunter System for killing targets.
-The incentive would not hurt the ecnomoy, but actually help since it will be an item sink, getting rid of items and stabalizing some item prices for PvM'ers.
-This incentive will not hurt the PvM or Skiller community.
-This incentive technically would give pkers the ability to make more money using their upgraded weapons, but still have to work hard to get the kills with them.
-More activity in the wildernes means more supplies being bought, good for skillers.

if the game had no updates.. the game wouldn't last long.. new content keeps the game fun and active.. that's how it is. :) that's why we're all giving idea's to make it funner towards other players LOL. There's more then 1 person on RuneScape updates keep the game fresh.

AGS can max an 80, I really don't think claws are that overpowered. 60% spec perhaps to stop double specing..


The AGS was a bad idea to me but it came out. we all knew it would be overpowered but we needed more PvM so the risk was worth taking.. however Dragon Claws aren't needed they're very annoying for some PKers since people kept getting rushed by 1 itemers and losing because they only had to Veng and special and you just stood no chance if you had low Defence .

I love this blog, I think it's great. Honestly one of the best ideas I've seen for pking, a new currency is perfect.

For the rewards I think you should base them off of pking account builds, and styles. This will give a stronger incentive for people to pk their targets.

For example, 10,000 emblems for a strong 1 attack weapon for obby maul pures.
5,000 emblems and a drop from Venenatis to poison that weapon.

90,000 emblems for an initate armor upgrade, where it upgrades the defense of initate to match addy for initate pures.

120,000 emblems for a rune defender upgrade kit, which upgrades it to a dragon defender.

120,000 for a ghostly robe upgrade, giving it the magical bonus of mystic for pures.

This might be to much, but 200,000 emblems for either a c long, c rapier, or c maul. + rare shard pieces from Vet'ion, Venenatis, and Castillo

4,000 emblems for a skillers toolbox, store all your misc items needed for skills inside. Knife, tinderbox, harpoon etc.

Basically style the rewards to fit fighting styles. Some cool pets might nice too. The wildy pets lost for boss rewards only by a slight amount, maybe they'll pass via this. I'd really love a venenatis pet.
