This is exactly why I hate reading the forums when debating over something, morons just come up with numbers or "facts" to root their opinion. If you're against it and try to convice others, use some real statistics or don't use them at all.

I like the new weapons and items. I two handed crossbow is cool I guess, but I don't think many people are going to use, but ill just have to see how it holds up in battle. Has for some of the tool effects, I don't think there should be axes that help acquire birds nests, or harpoons that allow you to catch more sword than tuna. I have 92 fishing and still think that its giving players an unfair advantage.

I suppose I'm just scared of change. I really don't want this to turn into an eoc thing. I played in 2006, and the reason I came to this is because I want to play the old RS. I don't want to restart at the old RS then relive the journey towards another EOC. But i can also agree with people wanting this. Some of these items do seem pretty awesome.

I vote NO! Bank is near full now! You want to add how many new items? Can't really cut down on skilling items 'til lvl 99.

Think about it:
Magic -Runes and Gear.
Ranged -Gear, Ammo, Arrows, Bolts, and Knives.
Melee -Slayer gear, 1h and 2h weapons, Dragon Armor, Barrows Armor, Prossy Armour.
Herblore -Nuff Said....
Treasure Trail -Clue req gear(blue d hide, Snelms, Mithril Armor) omg, so many items.

So please, cut it down. Can only keep so much gear in Bank and House.

59% voted yes to the current state based off the dev blog vs 41 who said a complete no. While I am one of those 41% and considering this requires 75 to pass, I am waiting for the current issues to be solved. As with pvm updates, everyone had their say to make sure any issues was addressed by the majority such as the AGS with godwars or the armadyl crossbow etc. Majority voted no change to these even though there was always complaints about it being OP'ed. There are too many people not seeing this update for what it is...a failure for now. I've seen countless people say they will vote yes because they want the new tools and that's enough for them but not even talking about the other 90% that's involved. That also goes for those who are just saying no because this isn't old school.....yet you voted yes in a poll to bring this game back with a promise that there WILL BE NEW ADDITIONS AND COMMUNITY SUGGESTED IDEAS IMPLEMENTED AS LONG AS IT PASSES A POLL.

@Always Farm you have to understand what's going on. It's just a poll to see if people want it. I think it took them 6 months from the godwars poll to release it, I may be wrong but it indeed took some time. I agree with saying No but not because it's taking an oldschool feel away. When this game was polled, I voted yes to a game in which involved the old combat system and old graphics along with a promise there will be community ideas and new additions polled. I wanted pre-eoc as probably 99% of the people who said yes. No-one specifically asked for 2007 because it's ALL THAT THEY had to give so we took it but only because they promised to change the game with community voted ideas.

of these ideas. I feel like Instead 3 Trees Just Add Redwood New Mining ore, Hunter Monster, And Crops To Grow Love it! As far as 2 Handed Crossbows. I like it. But sounds like Rangers are getting more power. So Try to limit this please. Fillet fish

Just like the new combat potion. Id like to combine Food / Herbs / Potions to save space even if its a little bit more pricey i feel that's necessary. All the Carvings / Totems. I like them

Jagex mods of OSRS states that this is "Game of community polls"
Members vote for one and another poll to pass or not. But here is a big danger.
Too many changes, updates, improvements - adds more risks for players to leave.
How?
OK, just imagine just we have "Poll Nr.1" 10k players said YES and 9k players said NO.
Poll nr1 passes. But 9k players are unhappy and say - 10% will leave the game. so 900 players are lost. Not much? yes, but we have so many polls ...
what if we will face critical update that enables to leave like 80% of unhappy players from voting "NO" ?
