As someone who quit RS the day SoF was introduced and will never logon to EoC, can I just comment on how amazing the Old School community is! The feedback and quality of debate from mods and players alike is better than at any time in the last eight years!

As for an abstain option: aren’t abstainers basically saying ‘I have no opinion on this matter and have no desire to affect its outcome’? In which case they should be discarded and the 75% rule applied to the remainder.

I've recently suggested in altering the way you alch items to be reverted to the 09 era, this is to help players from not having to watch their screen when alching, and letting them click with ease on the item, but this has no impact on game play speed as alching remains the same speed, can we get some confirmation about this being voted on?

I was wondering if in the future, will Jagex will be announcing future polls in advance? Perhaps in a thread of its own maybe with specific details pertaining to the content being voted on. As you stated, and I agree, I feel a lot of voters misinterpreted what they were actually voting on.

Having a thread posted perhaps maybe a week, or a few days ahead of time containing the dates we can expect the poll to start, and what to expect to be voting on will alleviate any confusion, or misinterpretation in the actual polls.

We also wanted to respond to a frequent request from the Feedback forum. Although resizable screen mode is a popular request, unfortunately this isn’t a feature we’re going to be able to implement any time soon, as it requires a near-full rewrite of the interface systems.


So does this mean that it will NEVER be added? Or that, should it come up in a poll and accepted, it would just take awhile to develop and add, but is definitely a possibility.

I sincerely hope it's the second.... Everything's an integrity issue if you troll enough.

Yeah I'm with the brony on that one, really don't mind if it's six months down the line but having the resizeable screen would be one of the best updates to 07scape I can think of.

No rares please, when rares were initially released no one knew exactly their potential of price. Now that everyone knows that prices of rare will skyrocket it would be useless to add them to the game as no one would want to trade them away, but adding non tradeable rares would be fine. Also old forums plox?
