The poll you put up was skewed the way you wanted it with the wording. This update and others to come will be the way you want it. NOT the way the community wants it. Anything that doesn't pass by the way it was supposed to for you. It will be said its a integrity issue.
I get it you think the game needs this to create more revenue to get new people but honestly. This isnt what the game needs its not what rs3 needed with EOC you seen how that turned out. It's not what the other games like funorb nor game projects you worked on needed to be profitable and to increase the longevity.
What could be done is going to steam like your doing, bringing back content we liked, letting us actually vote with a choice, leaving the things in the game the way they have been.
People like it this way its why we play the game, the people who don't are pkers and people who wont stay long. This wont help the long term longevity but instead do the opposite and slowly kill off the game a little at a time while people leave. I and many others like the game. YOU can add stuff that increases the current items without nerfing them even if its just by a little and requiring more levels. Yet, this doenst happen. You want fun, sparkly, and dramatic changes. This again will only leave people left with the same bad taste as eoc.
Add to the existing game dont take away if you cant figure out what to add poll it or get someone that can think of better things than just saying nerf things that have been in the game for a long time. I get it for some reason you cant think of a way to make money without changing the game and i get it might be hard to figure out how to level but if you took more time I'm sure it could be accomplished. If you rush and change and then say its integrity! That only serves to hurt the game and the community so if anything that is a integrity issue on your part. Add to the game dont take away dont make it worse. I am cancelling my membership after this post. RIP OSRS
