leave blow pipe alone, leave twisted bow alone. twisted bow is 1.2b for a reason, if you can afford it than youve DESERVED that prayer bonus :(

Don't nerf blowpipe. As a player who can't spend 13 hours a day playing Runescape, the blowpipe is the only way I can actually access the nonboring content in this game. Honestly would probably quit if blowpipe nerf is as bad as it looks.

Terrible idea. Notbeing polled is completely against the spirit of OSRS, and because Jagex knows it wouldnt pass.

This is removal of wildy and free trade all over again. Garbage update, this will ruin so many things for Ironman which requires blowpipe for accessing so much higher level content. So arbitrary for no reason. All this is for is to justify new extremely niche BIS items to be released in the future to create more grinds for people to get hooked on this game with.

I will cancel my membership if this blowpipe nerf goes live. The blowpipe is the only thing that allows me to access the content that isnt boring. This change doesnt make anyone happy other than Maxed elitist accounts which are a minority of your game.

please please please do not nerf the dragonhide and blowpipe.. these are my daily items that I use... I litterally just fully charged my blowpipe with scales and addy darts and now you want to nerf it beyond imagination.. please dont do this, just leave the blowpipe and dragonhide alone.. its fine where its at..

The proposed blowpipe nerfs seem a bit heavy handed and too broad. This could very easily overshoot the sweet spot of balance. One of the main issues with the blowpipe is its ubiquity , not necessarily its power in and of itself . Instead, what about a series of smaller incremental accuracy nerfs to firmly establish it into its primary niche:
high DPS against very low defence monsters
?

Ideas to play with:

- A negative ranged accuracy stat but higher ranged strength

- Higher reliance on expensive rune/dragon darts for power to disincentivize wide use

- Changing its range
