Part 1
At the start, I was actually kinda okay with most of the changes, but the more I think about it the more I hate the ideas, and I even started wondering if it's worth to keep playing anymore. If the osrs team is just going to make huge changes to the game that literally shits on the community, is it really worth it? Every month will be a gamble with both your money and time, because we'll know that any change can be made without us having a say in the matter.
To begin with, the new level requirements for weapons is fine I guess. I personally don't think it'll change anything, since there is no way in hell you can affort a Ghrazi Rapier at level 75 attack anyways. I find it hard to believe that there's anyone out there that is solo bossing with their combat stats under 80.
I can't really comment on the Neitiznot Faceguard. -1 str doesn't really seem like much, but at the same time, then why nurf it in the first place? I dunno, it might affects melee bis setups more then I think.
The -4 prayer for Twisted Bow also doesn't really seem like much. A bit faster prayer drain, but in no way enough to ruin any builds from what I know. So somewhat a pointless nurf, but it does indeed make a item a tiny bit worse then it was before.
By nurfing the d'hide and Dinh's bulwark you're making it even less safe for non PKers to go into wildy. So why the hell would you make non pvp content in wildy, and then make it harder and harder for non pvpers to survive/lose less gp on death?? That's incredibly stupid, and very poorly thought out. I mean, Ice barrage already connects to you 80% of the time with full black d'hide AND magic prayer on.. If this goes through, then if you see a white dot on the minimap, you might as well just leave your PC and go get a drink or to go the bathroom, cause there is no way in hell that you going to get away anyways.
