Here's my (quick) feedback on the NERFs rebalancing only
Neitiznot Faceguard: Leave stats alone, perfectly fine the way it is. Instead, maybe increase slayer level to kill Basilisk Knights to the 82-84 range, and increase jaw drop rate (while on slayer task only) to 1 in 1,500.
T-Bow: Make the change you mentioned (remove the +4 prayer), but add the option to imbue the t-bow back to the present +4 prayer bonus with 1,000,000 nightmare points or whatever makes sense. Increase range level requirement from 75 to 82.
Black D'Hide armour - This nerf is a must as it is way too strong for cost/stat requirements.
Dinh's Bulwark - The magic defence nerf is fine in my opinion and makes sense from the combat triangle POV, but it doesn't make sense to drop melee defence bonuses. It's a 2 handed "weapon" which you can't attack with, only tank...?
Toxic Blowpipe - DEFINITELY needs a nerf but the proposed changes are wayyyyy too harsh. Presently in OSRS, there are a lot of ranged weapons known for specializing in high damage per "shot" (ex. TBow, Balista, DHC, Dark Bow spec, crossbows in general, etc.). Therefore, why not keep the blowpipe known for strong accuracy while sacrificing the damage.
These are my suggested changes:
- Accuracy nerf from +60 to +50 (instead of down to +30)
- Damage nerf from +40 to +30 (instead of down to +25)
- Keep all your
PROPOSED
changes to darts (this means the accuracy and strength nerfs to all darts)
- Change it's range level requirement from 75 to 80 range
These 4 changes to the Toxic Blowpipe are all nerfs, but will keep it with solid accuracy but lesser damage overall.
Personally, I have been playing OSRS since it was first released, and only JUST reached 95 slayer. I'm also not rich, therefore I can only afford using the blowpipe against the alchemical hydra which is already lengthy costly kills on its own. Tbow or DHC isn't attainable for me atm. Keep BP strong, but not OP.
