Excuse me but level 1-4 wilderness is my favourite place to pk and has been for 7 odd years now. This gmaul nerf is literally going to destroy pking for not just 50-80s but also main nhers/venge pkers because gl stacking out their hp in 2019 without a gmaul.

Lmao @ Gmaul nerf, lets nerf something that’s been in the game since 2005 and continue nerfing items or quality of life’s that have been in the game for years. Why nerf now? If it was so op, why wasn’t it nerfed when it was released? But yet nerf years later? Changing a part of nostalgia?
I’m a maxed range tank n I don’t even use the damn thing, but the fact that these so called nerfs after it’s been in the game for years is pathetic. Let’s continue to kill the wild n gf all 50 att accounts smh.

I urge Jagex to not do anything that nukes the player-base or the gameplay of OSRS. Runescape is alot about the community and we who play OSRS dont want anything to change the enjoyablity of the game or lose players. POLL EVERY UPDATE. If theres an update and people dont like it, Jagex change it back! Im sure none of us who play OSRS want an update that ruins the game.

To be fair, this is coming from an ironman point of view. I do not care much for pvp changes/nerfs because i dont pvp. But since we're on the topic of pvp, i got one thing to say. Please stop trying to rejuvenate the wilderness by forcing pvmers to go in there. Forcing pvmers or skillers (ironman or not) to wilderness to be food for pkers is a ridiculous idea.

I give a resounding hell yes to the advertisement board. It will purge the bots, auto typers, and multi loggers from advertising. It is also will take away those accounts that just make money from advertising which is good since they use methods that are questionable.

Also I vote yes to the marble lectern. It will be good to have one main lectern especially if the advertisement board passes poll.

I only skimmed through the proposed pvp changes and weapon changes. I don't have an opinion and will leave that to others who have looked at it properly.

I believe the Granite Maul does need to be nerfed, but I don't think that nerfing it to the point that is suggested will make PVP alive again, if anything it will ruin it! Already a few friends told me they are quitting after the update because they only play for pvp.

Like the first post in here, 80% or more of pvp is combat levels 50-90 and almost everyone uses a Granite Maul at some point in their various set-ups. I think the idea is good to make an attachment available in the Bounty Hunter Store but the pricing of 10m BH points is a bit much. No one will want to spend 4m+ for an attachment on a weapon that already is pretty inaccurate in most cases. I think a cost of 1m-2m BH points for the attachment approximately costing 350k-750k depending on prices of a Tier 10. On top of that when the person dies with the attachment the other person who killed them will receive 100k-300k cash stack depending on the amount of BH points required to purchase. This will create a smaller gold sink than what was stated in the post, but on the flip side it will save the PVP community from plummeting due to a widely used weapon being completely nerfed.

If the cost of the Granite Maul attachment isn't changed, then at least make the item able to be protected on death via protect item or un-skulling. This way people aren't afraid to PK with the Granite Maul because of the ridiculous cost for a weapon that is pretty inaccurate. Please reconsider something and take from the community, as most of us don't want to see this negative update hit the PVP community.

YES nerf the gmaul, i rarely pk anymore due to the state pk pking these days. I was a huge member of pking in 2010, made youtube videos on my pure, was in the clan scene, PKERS ARE CANCER TODAY. 90% of pkers RELY on there gmaul spec, if it fails they will tele. It is aids....

SO NO to tele after spec (i am kinda shocked u even consider this??? Maybe with no gmaul this isnt that bad? But it is to many ppl rush and spec n tele.)

Another thing is the magic defence is a bad idea, im going to ask the question here WHY DO JAGEX HATE PURES. I already rage because my ice barrage splashes against any form of def, now your going to make it that much harder for a pure to catch a freeze. REDICULAS. Black dhide+ballista pray range beats any pure unless i risk staff of the dead (and i 60 atk so i guess ill risk a kodai?)

THANK YOU SO MUCH for TB/TANGLE in f2p. This is legit an amazing update this should finally bring action to f2p. Im legit happy to get back out there.

So nerf the broken maul thats fine. Ppl ust whining cuz they now have to use skill

No to spec and tab for the above reasons.....ppl just whining they cant RNG n leave.

Leave the magic defence unless you have a way pures will still be viable with magic.

And yes to f2p entangles!

I am pretty upset Jagex would allow changes to the Granite Maul without a poll. That item is pre 2007 and should jot be messed with. It provides the opportunity for low level players to pk without heavy risk to get into it. So many people have made "g maul pure" accounts and spent days and week of time such as myself on this account. This is ridiculous. I have been contemplating quitting osrs, but if this passes I am definitely cutting off my subscriptions to both my pay to play accounts and may never come back this time. Jagex already cheated me out of months of my life when Rs3 was released and I lost bank with d claws ags, etc. Also nerfing bulwark is another highly unnecessary action. It is the only possible way to survive teams of pkers in the revenant cave! And even still you can still die if you don't time your Manta ray + Sara brew clicks.. that is such a bull crap move by nerfing bulwark. This has to be the lamest update I have seen in osrs history. I never comment on these updates but this one truly upset me so i had to say something. Good luck in your future endeavors Jagex. I will truly miss Osrs.

I don't pk anymore but I think the gmaul nerf is a bad idea, sure its can be pretty busted but it's really inconsistent and I think it's also one of the most fun things even if you're the one getting dropped. its only a game y u heff 2 b mad?

Instead of nerfing the bulwark how about give us a boss where we actually need a tank, currently ALL pvm in osrs is DPS based and there aren't any bosses that are challenging enough to actually need the bulwark, if a tank is needed they use either an ely or dfs since they can still DPS, and so it has no use outside of rope skip, being a 1 item tank for the wilderness or for a low lvl bandos team.
e; it doesn't even have to be a boss, just give it a legitimate use, unless you only intended it to be used for low lvl teams?

The avernic repair price makes sense and honestly dont care about the entangle being in f2p.

The poll questions all seem good and fair especially the blessings from tithe farm, it will probably become a decent method for ironmen to get zammy wines it's terrible as is.

Untradeables being broken in pvm is a good thing imo for the gold sink, I'm all for that but what does that mean for cox and tob? I assume for tob they would only break if your whole team wiped but what about cox?
I think the magic def should be kept as is, this isn't dmm and you guys have said before dmm won't affect the main game in any way.
