That's really what the Magic Defense discussion is about even if it isn't explicitly stated. I thought the bulwark change was a bit unnecessary but at least reasonable. This idea is horrible.

First off, integrity fixes are absolutely necessary. How else can we balance the game when literally every nerf to something would fail a poll? When any update to Wilderness fails a poll because people don't want the game to be made harder in any way?

How will we fix death mechanics to be anywhere near as difficult as originally intended if not for an integrity change?

Remember 6 hour AFK NMZ? Removing that couldn't pass a poll. PATHETIC.

Integrity fixes are the best thing ever, and as a TRUE 04-07 veteran I hope they continue increasing in frequency. Those against it are traitors.

Not that they would poll it even without the super-majority because they're corrupt... but if the "integrity" updates can't get over 50% for yes in a simple majority poll then they should not be considered at all in the game, also I love the projection with the traitor comment, very smart guy. Hope you get the Eoc update you always wanted. I'd be a traitor to the liars who thought up these ideas and who support it any day.

Jagex will never understand that what made RS combat system so unique and fun was the fact that it is not balanced and perfectly fair. There are unique items like the gmaul and the ancient mace, etc. and the combat triangle isn't perfect. A guy that's out geared and out stat-ed actually has a chance of a kill (or escape) with a lucky spec or the right gear and this is what adds excitement, just like in combat sports and that's what makes them popular. You could turn PVP into duel arena which is what most RPGs do but no one will play and this seems exactly what cry baby PKers think they want. Hell, why not redistribute every PKer's bank to the PKers that out-stat and out-gear them and be done with it.

This overbalancing and micro-managing of the combat system is essentially EOC 2.0. See you guys over at old school old school runescape soon!

Plz no gmaul nerf, or atleast beta & poll it...

The 3 second timer after spec is still bogus. I understand it helps to combat rushing. There are 2 circumstances where it is not useful. 1] if I get rushed by a voider who I don't want to fight I would like to atleast unload my spec on him without dieing before I telly to maybe prevent him from rushing me next time. 2] if I am fighting a voider with knives and I don't get a good chance to spec before he makes me eat through my food I would like to attempt a rambo before leaving the fight.

Adding snare in F2p is a great idea and a really good follow up after F2p Tb update. Balancing the combat triangle in f2p should be the main objective for OSRS and this update is gives mages a little more strength.
MAGEs are completely under powered in F2p
Mage Max hit is 16
while Range can hit 18
Melles can hit 27s with rune scim and 31 with rune 2h.

more balancing changes are needed.
Next ADD fire wave F2p.
and change magic prayers so that boost damage instead of accuracy and defense. all other combat prayers boost damage and magic should do the same.
