Hello, i'm a long time vet, low-mid level pker ,addressing the bounty hunter issue, i agree a rework is in order.
First and foremost, bots are are the main problem, i regularly see hundreds of them farming emblems, each one having about 20-50 bots scripting while the one or two killing are sometimes active on the account, as soon as a pker comes or a problem arrises they will either modify their script or stop the bots, or even completely ignore them. Many of these people do this to sell runescape currency for real life currency, how do i know them? I have asked them in game and they respond, i click the report, and a few days later they still not banned
Fix: jajex, sometimes gold old fashion instant manual banning is in order, take note that they are clearly breaking two rules seen to the naked eye. While obvious, botting, thought some evidence is needed, and secondly, emblem farming which is also a server offense, which can't be denied by their actions. While it won't stop, each bot banned is 4m coins(bonds) taken out of the economy, and the the same time decreasing the profits gained from the bitter/scriptor emblem farming
Secondly: I completely agree with unable to use traps, boxes, eat in high wildy, before any skillers rage, did is only applied to the BH world, you have 100 others words were you can do it, and it will also decrease the number of bots. The main purpose of anyone joining the bh world is to do bh, other deep wild content can be done in other worlds.
Thirdly: The BH teleport, currently is lvl 85 magic required, its completely useless to pure's or lower levels BH hunters, i would suggest lowing the magic level, or even making it like the home lumbridge teleport, free of experience, but has a cool down time of a few min.
Fourthly: increase the special move teleblock timer, currently, by the time someone rushes and finished their combo, their teleport timer is up and the other player is either dead of healing hp and had time to fight
