How about we add a npc that sells untradeable bonds to use to use so we can buy membership with in game gold, this would be a great money sink but on the other hand Jagex would lose a lot of their membership money.

But if we keep bonds untradeable we would just have a way to buy membership with cash and I know Jagex would never add it like this because they wouldn't make any money from it. It is the only solution that I can think of to not being able to buy gold with irl money.
