I don't understand why do people want to get rid of untradables from pking (lost on death). Without untradables such as defender the fights wouldn't be as intense and then more people would prod ags/dh. The person above me mentioned teleporting out and he does have some good points.
Add bh with mechanics so you couldnt tele away when you're in combat with your target - if you get rushed by someone else you can tele out. With bounty hunter added and pvp worlds removed alot of issues like ragging/afkmage/trolling would be solved...
I'm really surprised by how some people want to ruin pking for others with their annoying opinions (whenever jagex asks them). I'm also a selfish brat becouse I want to have Bh - but by reading people's feedback of how wildy/pking should be revived I can only suggest bounty hunter... (and removal of pvp worlds).
I don't even know what else to say becouse what some people want to do to this game is just scary and it's not only about pking.

Pkers who teleport from wilderness during fight could for example get blue skull above their head for X minutes. This way other people could avoid fighting these people. Or just make it impossible to teleport during fights in wilderness?


The only thing I can think of is in order to teleport away you have to buy 'rights of passage' for 30k ea. Each 'right of passage' has one use. If you teleport out of PvP combat, a pile of 30k appears to the person you teleported from.
I doubt that'll go down well, though. Just a quick idea off the top of my head to try and get some brainstorming going.


KISS - Kimp It Simple Stupid. Just being unable to teleport from fight would be way more effective. And how about people who risk many millions worth of gear? 30k would be nutshells compared to losing 10m+ gear so they would probably use it always.

Or we could stop being stupid, and complicated, and use mechanics we know work.

Take out tabs, keep in jewellry and forms of teleporting so it's there but you need to have the reaction time and wit to know when to teleport and be able to do so correctly.


This prevents panic tabs, and the like, while keeping deep wild tb tactics there. TB isn't obsoleted by this and it isn't unused either.

What's wrong with you mods and not just being able to admit that some mechanics are worth being in the game, are you lazy? Or are you that prideful you want to make your own content and ruin it for those who can see a much better update?

Ummm, how about the fact that you aren't risking untradeables? People risk their items with tradeables like rune or barrows or whatever, but if most of your stuff is untradeable (fire cape, defender, etc) then you aren't risking anything and therefore your opponent is fighting for nothing, making you an ass

If anything it should be made harder to get back on death or even lost on death to deter people from using untradables and go back to rune plates **c


In my opinion that option would be preferable, however it wouldn't stand a chance at passing the poll. It would make a lot of untradeables worthless to a lot of people, if they got them to PK with they essentially wasted their time.

That suggestion was a compromise that would stand a chance at getting into the game which would punish the loss of untradeables in PvP.



Is it at all possible to have a "HARD DECISIONS" update where you come out with a couple of updates that old school NEEDS that players obviously wouldn't vote for because they know that it's needed but it would be against what's easier for them?

BH should be a non protect item world.
untradeables should drop on death, but not turn into gp
the 10 minute wait timer.. is a little short...
You don't have to necisarily fight targets... but when a new pvp era is announced the old methods will be dead for a while.
statues and ruining the economy... I feel as if...
When you're assingned a target It should be no more within 3-5 levels higher or lower... and you shouldn't be able to get the same target within two hours due to manipulating the system..
Also.... If you're going to implement colored skulls and item risked wealth you should factor in the risks of players that way theres no gold being generated into the game.
I like the ideas mention about BH points to trade in for brawlers.. I miss those. I feel as if you should have to bring 50,000 gold in with you atleast to get a target because no one wants to get a kill and it be junk that's never used and that has high alch value. -- coming from and 02 veteran. if theres any other issues please address them to me

you would have to make the nontradeables that require teamwork to get like torso around 500k... because if you never lose it you don't have to go back to the minigame and it would eventually die, making it harder for other players since its a team minigame
