can we stop with more pvp updates please. I have been pure pking in edge world 2 for the last 6 months on and off. and now there is about a average of 1 to 3 lvl 77-83 at edge in the world 2. now 1 of them is a looter not pking. 2nd one didn* want to fight because I don't risk. and the 3rd fight is a msb with g maul spec tabber.

pvp world. where do I start. 75% camping safe zones with rush weps. and ones who are not in safe zones r level 40cb or 112cb**

** crater would fix these combat faults.

insted of there being 3 crater doors. for low/med/high there should be 20 combat spaces between doors.
recruit - 25 cb to 45 cb.
private - 45 cb to 65 c*
sergeant - 65 cb to 85 c*
commander - 85 cb to 105 cb
war vet - 105 cb to 126 cb

thoughts about this?
i also think bh crater should be like it was first released being that the hole crater was multi

If you make bounty hunter, please make it so that you get the old BH drops, (not what the player is wearing) as long as they're risking enough.

As for the risk part, since there's no g.e prices, you could use the high alch value to detect if a player is risking enough. If you think this is a bad idea, then you could add pvp artifacts or rare loots etc on kill.

Pure pking is non-rewarding but really fun. If it could be fun and rewarding then it would be
AWESOME
.

We have to many different places to pk currently and that is why the wildly is dead. Everything is so spread out with all the pvp worlds and normal wild! I believe we should remove pvp worlds and implement bh because all pvp worlds are is camping next to banks!

Hello, I have been playing since 2004 and it is so sad to see the increasing corruption and degration of runescape and the players. I think we need something where you have to carry some sort of risk, so 1 iteming without any risk is not possible. With that aspect, bounty hunter crator would do fine, since rushers can't leave just after rushing someone and taking their loot. I do think that you should have a minimum risk (ofc). On top of that, I would like to see those extra loots on target kills. Any new update would require a lot of new players to join in on the pking or you would stand with another unused attraction. Therefore i request that you make wilderness all the way to the ditch and if you have just looted something, you would be unable to jump over the ditch. Then you could make some safe places in the wilderness, which you could acces, eventhough you just picked up a loot. Which could function as the stealing creation area, which many people used a safezone. To avoid the rushers camping those spots, try to make a penalty when exiting the safezone, like a 5 sec. delay before you are able to attack anyone. That way, if the rushers want to be around there, they would have to take a risk by standing in the wilderness. It would be nice seeing some new gear, which could be in form of pvp armour/weapons.

The short version:
- Reintroduce a minimum risk to prevent 1 iteming.
- Reintroduce targets, which gives extra lootation.
- Add penalty, in form of being unable to attack for a set amount of seconds when leaving safe-zones.
- Try to use the wildernes for the arena, so you can draw more players into it (fits perfectly with the wilderness rejuvination)*
*****)introduce new equipment, like pvp gear.

I really do hope to see more people in the wilderness, getting those juicy loots, from bosses or players.

Action, activity, risk & rewards, action and action

Back in 2005 you could expect to have fights to watch or potentially someone to fight at edgeville in literally any world at a reasonable time of day. Again, time of day restricting, every f2p world world have dozens of pures and pkers at shallow varrock, and everywhere from hills and castle up. If you wanted to participate in a massive pure war all you needed to do was grab a robe or apron or something and hop to a Dutch pking world.

The first thing about pking is having people to fight, having people in an area where you can fight them. People were at places in the wilderness. You didn't need to negotiate and schedule a fight. Edge, varrock, hills, castle, bandit camp, bone yard, fishing spot, gdz, maze, runite, mage bank. All you had to do was roll up on the scene and get it popping. They had armour on them too (good loot).

Hell, you could walk back and forth in a quiet world and fight different people all day not even mentioning the high traffic pk worlds.

Now days everything is empty. Therefore, you need to schedule and negotiate a fight or a war. Bounty hunter combined these and fixed them together. Small condensed area for everyone to pk at, and as a bonus, as if that massive help wasn't enough, it scheduled the fight for you by telling you who to kill and pointing them out with a big yellow arrow!

Things I would like to have considered in potential future pking content:

Action & activity - - Most of our community has long since quit so whoever is left needs to be reigned in to limited worlds or space.

Risk & rewards - - Rewards are good. 1 itemers only crash the party and quickly end pking fun, thus end pking activity. Auto-skulling, no teleporting, item protect disabled, untradeables disappear/transform to coins, maybe mandatory risk or entry fee? When we are talking about a dedicated pking update or potential pking minigame we are not talking about protecting non-pkers. You're not going to sign up for the pking mini game if you're not looking for action. Risk hard and loot hard sounds reasonable to me. More risk -> better armour -> more kills -> more loot

Look at the commuity today - - Last year large portions of population botted to around max combat. This year it's afk at nmz to max combat. Pkers are pretty much either maxed main or some sort of pure. We no longer really have inbetweens and I can only think of 1 single pking clan that has pkers around 90-100 combat that carry more than 5k in armour risk when they go pking. This factor should be considered when combat level differences are taken into account if any bounty hunter arena type of split is going to occur.

Barriers to participation - - These need to be minimized. In bounty hunter we saw a combat level span of up to 50 levels for f2p pkers. In pvp worlds we saw moderate 10+ a % level ranges. Low wilderness levels restrict who can fight who and thus less action. Stops friends from pking together etc. Of course level 3s should not be expected to fight against level 126s but I believe a very very wide level range bracket or virtually none is beneficial.

That wasn't his point. His point was "adding updates after 2007 kills the game" when he didn't realize BH craters was a 2007 update itself.
