This is runescape 2007 not runescape 2009, nay to B*

The nostalgia factor that drew everyone to the idea of 2007 Runescape being good has faded. It needs to go back to when it was actually fun now that no free trade and no wilderness are no longer holding Runescape back.

Bounty Hunter Highscores if possible! This will have the best PK'ers competing for rank 1!

This could be in the form of:
-Most targets killed
-Most non targets killed


Bounty Hunter kills added to highscores instead of a wilderness kdr would be great

What I enjoyed most about bounty hunter was that it's like being in the edge normally that we do in w2 but we have the chance to fight someone when our timer is fully up :) Now obviously this sounds like the same thing but bounty hunter also added a chance of a nice drop that was worth the wait time and fight. Obviously ep isn't coming back due to the abuse it received. Although I personally wouldn't mind say I beat my bounty hunter target and bam :D I get a nice statue also that sells nice to the dude in edge bank lol

What I think they should do is honestly take a world like w18 and make the servers good so we don't all lag (That's a joke...) and make it so if you're skulled risking 70k+ (idk how you'll implement the minimum risk without G.E) and just make it so we get a target with a chance of a drop, or...

Say I killed like 49 people and finally got like K amount of money dropped (I don't know how you'll figure out the price stuff but you got this :D ) and after so many kills I have a statue drop based on my combat level I get a chance at certain statues, and when I kill my 50th person it's a "roll of the die" to which one of the "statues I currently have unlocked from kills/cb level/max level cb skill)

I just think with the statues for added money somehow and the idea of "hunting people for a score like a 07 bounty hunter score" it'd make a nice improvement :) I just don't want the crater

But what would make a huge impact is in a bounty hunter "world" your respawn is edgeville :D

you want more pk'rs but you want to abolish anyone who doesn't start out as pro

conflict in demands

if people don't have a way to enjoy learning to get better, you can enjoy your empty pvp whatever you make.

if you do craters, clans camp the door
if you do worlds, clans camp in multi

world sounds better, but, how are you going to get new people to pk against, if anyone trying to get into pk for the first time has to cut off their arm and ****** off

The most appealing factors about the craters were the penalty and the rank system.
The pure thrill of tanking 1-3 people for three minutes with bankloot was so fun! You could also stumble on people with a penalty and potentially make bank.

The rank system gave me motivation to keep pking and try to get in that top 1000.

IMO, bounty hunter worlds aren't a very good idea because what would be the difference between PvP worlds? The target system, an arrow on your minimap? The loot stays the same so you'd have to gave bonus loot, like statues. But this would bring in a massive amount of gold (converting at Mandrith). Bounty craters solve this by the chance of receiving additional loot if your opponent already has some loot on him. Stuff that was already in the game, so nothing is added.

EDIT: the community isn't the same as in 2008-2009, we aren't little kids anymore, if we can abuse something, we will. If you can get bank loot by waiting 1 hour with 76k in your pocket and then kill your friend, would you do it? I dislike the EP-system.

also, if you only have bh on certain worlds, then the only people that will be in those worlds will be bh people

it really needs to be all the time in all wildy and just drop pk worlds, bring pk to wildy by bringing pk to wildy

crater just means that pvm'rs go on a non crater world and still no increase in pvp targets

dude had the idea that your target should be able to inturrupt combat, your randoms do it, so i agree with that one, so you can't see your hunter comming and slow tank something for 2 hours and hope he logs.
he inturrupts and you deal with it now, even in single zone, makes it viscious, and cool

besides that, the whole point of the wildy is it's supposed to be dangerous. so if you are trying to take down a wildy boss, some of your team might be targets.... and you might get inturrupted, that's why wildy bosses hav better loot, cuz that exact extra danger. no don't give pvm'rs a way to hide from it**** whole widy! make the wildy operate like the wildy plz.
