Here's my suggestion for the shark problem:
Add the invisible fishing boost while in the fishing guild and a big flat % to fishing speed there (maybe 20%) - both of these would be unlocked together from the ardy hard achievement diary, and add some +fishFaster% to each piece of the fishing gear that you can get from the trawler - make it so, with the entire set you get between +5% and +10% fishing speed (for all fish).
No no no no no. NO making shark fishing faster than it already is. 20% on top of the existing dragon harpoon boost is a joke.
First nerf the dragon harpoon to 10% or lower.
Making shark faster is NOT balancing and especially unfair to those who fished it before the boost. Leave it as it is.

Thank you! Fishing has ALREADY been sped up by 20% through Dragon Harpoon. Absolutely NO REASON to speed it up more, just the first step towards Easyscape/RS3...
I didn'tnotice this until someone in game mentioned it but
when worn, the Serpentine Helm has a chance of applying venom to NPCs attacked with melee combat.

Frankly I don't see what is wrong with the Serpentine helmet being used to envenom from afar. In my opinion, the strength bonus should just be entirely cut from it, the venom be reverted to how it was previously, and a new fang be added to the Zulrah table that can be attached to aDragon or Abyssal Dagger to add +2 strength and venom

You are really overreacting, 10% is better than nothing, this update put it in-line with the rest of the void sets to make them equal. Did you know that in Runescape 3 all of the void sets give you the same set bonus of +3% to accuracy and +5% to damage. This game has to have changes made to it so it doesn't stay 2007-scape forever, they need to make some kind of progress.
Heck I'm 99 in range and my max hit is literally the same with normal ranged void at 10% and elite at 12.5%. (Prayer 1 damage difference)
Now to compare the current damage buff of ranged void to the previous one:
2017: Ranged Void, Toxic Blowpipe, Necklace of Anguish, Adamant Darts, Rapid attack style = max hit of 22 (special attack at 34)
2016: Ranged Void, Toxic Blowpipe, Necklace of Anguish, Adamant Darts, Rapid attack style = max hit of 24 (special attack at 36)
I think that extra 2.5% on elite void should be changed to 0.5% just to add insult to injury. The elite ranged void damage buff is rounded down after multiplying anyway, only when prayer is on for range you gain up to 1 damage. You have to put up with getting 100+ combat, killing zulrah, killing 300 chompy birds, and getting several other skills to a certain level just to get the diary reward. Then you need to spend 400 pest control points to upgrade both the top and bottom pieces. Void elite should keep the damn 20% for that extra 2-3 damage done, it well deserves it.

I thought the OSRS team understood the reason we play oldschool is because jagex forcing what it wants on us has fucked us over before, just like with EOC. Wasn't the whole premise of this game supposed to be

power to the players

Now you guys are going back on your word. Your team should have proposed the problems and let us vote, or at the very least suggest solutions/compromises, instead of just doing a BS blanket nerf. It was a very unprofessional thing you guys did.
