Yeah definitely make it so you can only buy part of a trade. What if someone is selling 10 rune sets but you only need one? Would be nice if you had "bulk price (for all of the trade) and individual price for only one item.

Trades expire after 24 hours.

Will you be able to see trades on all worlds? Or only trades from ppl in your world?

Just make the option to access the A H from any general store. I remember before the GE came out we would camp at the general stores to buy things people would dump in them that didn't want the hassle of trying to sell the items by trade. When the GE came out all of the general stores died and no one used them anymore. This would also have the benifit of the AH being accessable for people on slayer tasks and doing quests without having to go to a central location like we have to do now with the GE.

I would like to see an actual auction part. You put an item up for sale and people bid away over the course of the auction. If this auction part of the "auction house" is part of it, I'm all in. Otherwise it isn't much of an auction house, and it should be renamed the trade house.

New skill, auction house - what is the game turning into, and at a significant speed?

Since a lot of players would have been happy if '07 was just pre-EOC it is logical that those players may want to push it in that direction. So I am not surprised that this is happening and personally don't mind.

I think this would be really cool and give us a new way to interact while trading. Also, I think we need a limit on the time as others have suggested maybe 12 or 24 hours. So, if your wanting to sell something you can but you will need to be a some what of an active player. :D
