why cant we jsut have 2007 runescape. why would we continue to go and update to a grand exchange just like rs2 did and ruin the socialism aspect of the game. We should have to be able to look for a trade and bargain a price in person. Pleaseeee stop trying to hold our hand and walk us through the game. next thing ur gonna take away is death pile loots outside of wildernes. If i ever see a grave outside of the wilderness giving a person 5 minutes to loot there stuff i will quit that second. Seriously jagex please dont give us a trading system. make us work for our items, quest items, and selling our loots on our own. Once this update happens there will never be any bank sales or anything anymore. You gave us the auto-typer to sell and buy things easier just leave it at that please. Thank you for reading.

I think this is a good idea for osrs if we want it to rise player wise. For us players that did play back in 07 trading without a ge isn't too difficult, I was trading pretty easily day 1 and have never had problems and with the aid of zyb and forums I almost never have to waste time buying/selling because I can do that while skilling and have people come to me.

But for any new players we want playing and players that didn't play back in 07 this will help them a lot, I got my little brother into osrs but the main turn off for him was trading stuff was just too big of an annoyance for him. He wasn't experienced in the game so he wasn't going to go grind out 10k cowhides when he's a noob, he would get 52 and feel proud but then when trying to sell them no one wanted to meet him for 52 hides, same with buying when he tried to buy low amounts of stuff no one wanted to trade and the whole process was just a bother. If you can buy items directly from it will never support that.

G.E. ruined the economy.. the ONLY!! keyword ONLY!! reason it was even added was to assist in Combating Real World Trading (RWT). Along with the Assist System, Removal of Free Trade, Removal of Wilderness, and a few other updates I do not remember.

The only changes you honestly need are the following.

1. A better chat filter system which also filters the text above head. Allow comma support or space support to separate keywords. As well as a cleanup on how this is all added it looks quite messy in my opinion and rushed.

2. Ability to see chat of person currently within your trade or whom has trade you within the "Trade" screen. So even players not yet in your trade.

Please do not make massive game changing updates. I could careless if you throw in 1000's of updates into this game, but huge ones like this take their toll in the long run.

Updates like these prevent the players from interacting more with each and ultimately destroy the community. When will you guys learn back in 2006-2007 there was 250k+ player sure half of them were RWTers, but the community back then was spot on for a game to have. The game lost that community in 2007 when the RWT updates where put into place! Then the G.E. just destroy the economy I mean come on many items gained 100% - 10,000% their current values and gold is worth nothing. Skilling became a breeze and the graphic overhauls are so bad its near impossible to play on most computers or you have to edit/delete all kinds of files to make it actually run/load.

What happen to the intuitive Jagex company that I once remembered and looked up to.

Please remove offline trading and add a tax fee for each trades since this system is more convenient than W1, this way people will have the alternative of fast and hassle free trade by paying a bit more or instead going to W1 and pay a bit less (no tax) and still get the item they want by investing more time.

It definitely needs a tax otherwise there will be very few trades which happen outside of the auction house.

Waaaay too little. An item costing 10m should motivate you to try and buy it outside of the trade system, in order to save money.

5-10% tax. So if you want to drop 10m on an item, either you pay 500k-1M in order to buy it instantly, or you hunt somebody down in a different world to save that 500k-1M. It gives the old trading system some purpose.

that's absolutely horrible, 500k to sell 10m seriously not worth it, no one will use the system
