so wheres his pet gone ash

I'm afraid we have not found any circumstances that would make one disappear like that, and therefore cannot tell you what happened to him.

I appreciate you're a great player. Again, I'm afraid I cannot offer my Twitter channel as an alternative route for you to report bugs, even when the testers have already been unable to find anything based on the info you've got.

Wow that prayer cape really got a skill improvement..........seriously though wtf is this garbage........ Whats the point of it being identical to an item that already exists, I can get the same outcome if I bring a holy wrench instead of my cape..... How unique!

I feel the need to step in and say that I like this week's update overall. Too many players here are giving negative criticism.

-Skillcape perk improvements are a nice update. It rewards players for grinding to higher levels.
-Fixing bugs is arguably more important to the game's health than making fancy updates every week, even if it seems less glamorous to some.
-If the content you wanted isn't in this week, you can be patient and wait until it does get added. It's highly unlikely that whatever it is is that urgent that you can't wait for it.

Do I like everything that was released this week? No. Are there things I'd rather see released? Sure. But I'm not going to resort to negative criticism, nor am I going to ignore that there is some good content in this update.

Hello OSRS team,

Thank you for the updates, even tough I don't own any skill capes, it's always nice to see quality of life updates coming to game.

To people who complain that this wasn't " big enough" update, remember back in real 2007, there was no polls therefore you had no say at all. At least now you have say and this update was literally what community asked.

To person with lost pet. If you reported a bug, did you give enough information ? what were you doing, Were you jumping on course/casting spells/doing other activity? What happened? did you see pet message and there was no pet? When did you notice that there was no pet? what were you wearing ? maybe there was a item that glitched pet out.. Always remember if you submit sloppy bug you will get sloppy level of investigation as there isn't enough information to go off.

Also using twitter to submit bugs is not smart way as twitter is used to socialise with community and keep community up to date with information, rather than bug reporting. Also put yourself in Ashes or well which ever mods shoes. There is about 70-80k player ( not checked), imagine if there is about 1% of players who report bugs/message/tweet mods, that is 700/800 people a day/week to read, no body has that time.

My suggestion would be, report bug, fill in as much information you can, think what could of caused the glitch and report it that way trough designated system.

Have fun everybody and enjoy the game, not everyday is a cake day :)

The herblore cape perk update seems a lot like barbarian herblore/ potion making (rrraaaargh!! herb grimy, potion good). Why don't you remake it as new barbarian potionmaking similar to barbarian harpoon fishing; requiring 5-10 higher levels than making potions normally and then being able to directly use vials with grimy herbs, while still getting cleaning exp? This way even people without 99 herblore could benefit from the mechanism, provided they have high enough level.

Don't you think that people with 99 herblore who are still making potions prefer either buying their potions as (unf) or using services of Nardah herblorist, thus making this perk fairly useless? Personally I would've much preferred the herblore cape getting infinite amulet of chemistry effect.
