but wait, did you guys just completely nerfed the agil cape? it doesnt say that it still has its old effect where it gives you the gracefull set bonus.... sooooooo fally shield is 3x as good as a 99 agil cape now?

It doesn't say anything about that changing because it has not changed.
The new feature is in addition to the old one.

"When equipped, the Herblore skillcape and the Max cape now allow you to create unfinished potions using grimy herbs. You are still awarded the full experience for cleaning the herb as the potion is created."

This doesnt work with the herbalist in nardah right? I assume you still need to give her clean herbs to let her make unfinished pots for you Combat formulas

Oh god, thank you. The update page is kinda confusing since the smithing cape states: in addition to the existing perks, while the agil cape doesnt say that. But thank you so much for the info.

Haha, yeah I am, but we are quite a multi-talented team in Old School so we often do parts of other disciplines, such as developing content.

In fact, quite a few of the updates this week were actually developed by myself and Mod Wolf, but obviously it isn't great if we test our own dev work, so we send them over to the other members of the OSRS QA team in order to get them tested.
