I appreciate it's nice to be told lots of details rather than having to take on trust that anything's being done about it, but I'm afraid that won't always be an option. Also, it's pretty obvious that we'd want the problem gone ASAP so that you can play the game properly

Of course, that's completely understandable. I'm just being selfish really in my desires to know things. Although, I'd never doubt what you guys tell us - I don't see why you all would have a reason to lie to us.
Also, I'm one of the lucky few who hasn't experienced any issues with the servers first hand. So anything regarding that doesn't actually affect me, but it's, of course, nice to know that these things are being done for my fellow players. Thanks for sharing that information.
