yo this update is completely uslesss if we can't login in. we pay to play a game that is broken. thats a rip off . by the time this issue is resovled...(1month later) my membership will be completely wasted , no mod will reply to this because you guys refuse to extend anybody membership, even tho nobody was able to properly play your game... what a shame jagex cares nothing for their paying customers

Looks like the veins in the lower level of the motherlode mine can disappear every time they are mined and disappear after a certain amount of time. You can see they are on a timer by mining an ore from one, then stopping mining and watching it disappear.

This is ridiculous. I pay Jagex 10 bucks a month to not be able to play the game. I really don't care about these "attackers". The fact that Jagex has such garbage security on their stuff is stupid. For a company that's been around as long as Jagex and made the kind of money they have you would think this wouldn't be a problem right? If there's no type of members compensation for this I'm done with this game and garbage company. IF this post post gets a reply from a mod, it'll be something stupid like "We have no control over it" or "Please wait patiently this makes us more angry than you guys". SAVE THE BS, AND FIX THIS.

Jagex bears full responsibility for the cost of servers, cost of defending against this attack, player frustration and complaints, and you only are unable to play your favorite game... Who is the adult? This is an attack against all of us, and while Jagex is doing everything in their power to fix this, we must be patient. Read the ToS/EULA.

Why are people still saying mousekeys is banned? There is no mousekey ban, never was a mousekey ban, probably never will be a mousekey ban. Only Auto hotkeys and equivalents are banned, mousekeys is 100% legit. If you had actually read this thread from start to finish you should have gathered that, or if you'd actually read the news regarding the referenced 'ban' you would also know that.... (PS I don't even use mousekeys as i prefer a more relaxed game without moving my hands, but I do pay attention to what is against the rules...)

I'm sorry, I guess I should have said the "everything other than your operating system's official default mouse key program" ban. But I figured that anyone who read that news, like I did, would know what I meant. I'll use more descriptive terms from now on.

Yeah I agree with 95% of the community here; the only QoL update you should be adding to your game at this point, is a fix to the garbage that is your servers. It's a joke that this stuff should even be thought about, at time when your game is literally unplayable by the majority of your player base. Get your Priorities in order.

BTW, I thought shift-clicking was also supposed to apply to chinchompas?

Even if pops up the dialog, I would still prefer a shift-click release for chinchompas for certain situations. ;)

You obviously haven't read the earlier posts, or realized that the System Administrators (the people who deal with the network and ddos mitigation) are not the same as the people who develop and flesh out the game...

Would you prefer the game devs sit on their hands and do nothing until the sys admins solve the problem?
