Hello, also from Australia, also having major problems playing the game over the past three days. Although now I am having major problems even accessing the game. Your first update, which would have come through for me around midnight GMT +10 (of course, correct me if I am wrong) completely barred my client from even loading ( I am using the official Runescape client). It has been roughly three and a half hours since that point and still no progress on my end. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the client and Java, flushing my DNS, clearing the cache and nothing has worked.

I know that I am not the only one, I apologise for the inconvenience. I can only imagine the hysteria that has befallen the Runescape and OldSchool team. I would just like to know if there is any way at all that I might be able to resolve this issue and play OSRS again.

I understand the issues that is going on runescape at the moment. I understand that runescape is doing very possible thing to bring our servers back up for us to play. Please take your time, so we can make sure we don't have this problem again . Thank you to all Mods for informing us about the issue. Thank you and from all the staff members - INFERNO RS

Hey @Mod_Ash , i personally understand that this DDoS attacks are not Jagex fault, hard for me as a player to go through this kind of problems, not being able to play, servers being shit etc... Many people have talked about a compensation type for this lately days were we unable to play rightly, as customers we are having a bad service and Jagex should offer some sort of compensation to their customers, many people have asked this but i haven´t seen any response on this, idk if Jagex has already said anything about this, but if not whats your position or Jagex position on this? Are you gonna give us any kind of compensation? yes/no? why?

i hope you can reply to me, thanks @Mod_Ash or actually any JMod that replies.

can u please add an update where u dont lose fuckkingg progress at mage training arena
ive lost so much progress ive made in mage training arena these past few days
i pretty much blew over 3k nats and other runes
at least add an update that wont make me fuckingg lose progress
like holy fuckkking shitt fuckking fuckk
