CAN'T LOG IN!
Disconnections so bad for the last 4 days from Australia
Sadly so. As this isn't something the OSRS team can help the sysadmins do faster, we've proceeded with the game update because, frankly, cancelling it wouldn't have helped.

Question: Can we know the rough time range taken for the veins in Motherlode mine to deplete after first being mined? Like from X seconds minimum to Y minutes maximum, or simply, how does this mechanic works?

Shift-Click Drop is something that I am looking forward to trying out, with only fishing and woodcutting left until max total, this makes going for the max cape very exciting. Also some great Quality Of Life updates this week too, especially the runecrafting cape perk! Well done

Approximately 9-24 secs from someone first successfully mining it. Which tends to be longer than a top-level miner would have got previously even on their own, and since it's not affected by how many other people are mining at the same time, I'd hope it'll be a buff for you.
N.B. Previously, all veins had a 33% chance of depleting when
anyone
got ore, so they tended to deplete faster if multiple people were getting ore there.
That's still the case in the lower part of the mine.
