2) The food: We(DI) spent MANY months making 25k summer pies. Many fingers were hurt. I personally spent millions on the seeds for strawberries and watermelons.
I have no issues with an easier to get 22hp food, but to rebalance summer pies should become 1 click, auto drop the dish, and regain more energy.
Curious, but why did you not make tuna potatoes instead? Thought they also healed 22.
Since we won't be able to teleport from the lair anymore, why not also add an automatic skull after leaving the lair but in order for that additional risk make the KBD drop visage more frequently and of course you can double all other drops particularly noted items.
Tree Ents:
They should also drop 1-5 bird nests, or 1-5 random tree seeds.
New Fish:
They can be called Cursed Sharks, they can catch at the rate of trouts\salmon in a stackable form with the same experience as fly fishing. Once they are cooked, they won't be stacked. (this mechanic works very well in dungeoneering on rs3)
The bait can be collected exclusively as mentioned, but also the introduction of a cursed fishing rod that can be dropped by something in the wilderness that allows to catch the Cursed Sharks without using bait.
I believe without them being caught in stacked form, they won't be very widely used so my ideas could help make them very popular. (they can be recolored red)
Red Dragon drops, added onto regular drops as well:
1-5 red noted dragonhides (common)
5-10 noted battlestalves (uncommon)
5 dragon bones unnoted (100% drop)
5 noted random unids (up to torstol)
10 cooked sharks unnoted (gives you a chance at having more food to fight off pkers)
Addressing green dragon bots:
Bots farm the green dragons heavily, whenever they get the chance. A normal player reacts quicker and usually brings decent food and better gear so my idea is to make players automatically skull when attacking a green dragon.

Looks like there's an amazing lineup of potential plans for the wilderness. I think there are some fantastic ideas here. Definitely adding more monsters, and even skilling incentives to the wilderness will encourage more traffic there.

Only a few issues primarily being the need to limit this to only a few worlds, also to add a auto skull system so that individuals cannot 1 item, or 3 item. Other than that, you really have outdone yourselves this time jagex.
Don't add all this stuff at once, you'll overwhelm skillers and they'll get bored quicker. Introduce it gradually.
There are truckload of rewards required for all this stuff, please include noted herbs in there somewhere.
People don't use untradables past lvl 10 wilderness currently so that update seems quite redundant to me. All wilderness should turn untradables to cash drop.
