It might pass, but it won't revive pking, because nobody arguing for revival understands.
Are there people killing the bots at green dragons as they run up from the bank or between dragon kills? Are there pkers there killing those that kill the bots? Are there groups of pkers there killing the pkers?
Green dragon bots don't risk anything except for a few bones/hides which doesn't make up for the loss on p pots / sharks so it's not worth it
With this idea, the items will be noted/stackable and there will be more rune rocks per world meaning there'll be more in their invent on average at a time. Meaning pking itself should be more profitable on average and you should actually make money back from drinking p pots etc.
Even before bots took over, when I went up to green dragons, I rarely had to worry about somebody coming and pking me, and usually, it was just me or me and another person.
And p pot to kill a bot? sharks to kill a bot?
Noted items does not entice skillers any more then just adding a resource to the wild. It is not hard to tele to banks from nonwild resources, so what is the incentive just besides the item being noted?
Rune ore? I can gather addy and mith ores easier in nonwild locations. Almost at profitable as rune ore but little to no risk.
Noted logs after killing an ent? nah, not interested as banking is not hard for such things like magic logs, yew logs and mahogany logs in nonwild locations and those places i don't have to kill the ent to start getting logs.
Faster resource gathering? Maybe, but nonwild places I can read forums while mining, wc and fishing and don't have to constantly watch the screen.
So, to get me to the wild, and others like me, I have to be able to get there easier and faster, I have to gather resources there faster, and while gathering the resource, I don't have to worry about being pked.
