I'm afraid it will be too easy to farm the rewards with 178 worlds. If it was restricted to a few then it would be fair but with so many worlds the risk isn't that great.

Oops, my bad. Lol didn't know what I was thinknig. Anyways 78 is still way too many with the rewards being that great.


Edit:

If it was only on bh worlds then it could work. I'm all for skillers making more if they're willing to take greater risks.

did you respond to my quote about the top of the food chain competing against each orther for these 1m ++ hour resources / monsters



Why go to the wild for competing for stuff when top pvmers can do gwd?

If a pvmer can go to wild and solo say reverants that drop swag bags that they can sell to skillers and other pvmers for 100k a bag or 50k a bag, then this will attract those pvmers to the wild, and that will attract those wanting to kill such pvmers for that bag drop.

But for that swag bag to sell for that much, a pvmer using it would have to be able to fill it fast and bank, say at dragons in lvl 30 wild or 35 wild that are double or triple bone drops.

It would be faster then killing blue dragons for bones in taverly or ogre conclave and might be worth it if not too high in the wild.

They would run up to lvl 35 wild, or tele to lvl 20 wild, run to the dragons, kill some to fill inventory + swag bag, run back to 20 wild and tele to bank.

The trip has to be 2 or 3 times faster then killing blue dragons to be worth it.


have to disagree partly with this. Yes pvm players can alternatively go to god wars, but no there are no divines overloads or pak yaks/chaotics to efficiently solo, whereas in the wilderness individual pvmers would certainly be able to do so. Be honest how many times can you solo any of the god wars generals before you have to teleport? that is what i thought.

the gp/hour ratio will be enough to entice pvmers to use the wilderness as an alternative to god wars.

The argument that people are using of they don't like entering the wild therefore the same benefits should be added outside the wild or they should never be added to the wild is pretty dumb.

Its the exact same thing pures do, they limit themselves from a certain aspect of the game then cry when they can't do something. You can continue skilling without using the wild but don't cry when you don't get a benefit of the game because you choose to limit what parts of the game you play.

The wild is the most dangerous area of the game and logically should therefore be the most rewarding.

yes indeed some lesser experienced players are complaining the resources should not be exclusive to the wilderness and if so there should be an abundance of these worlds to give them a "fair" chance. No no no no. if you want the high tiered resources there has to be risk and good experience to obtain them. Time is not a good enough tax to pay for the best resource. This will encourage inexperienced players to get better at the game to compete and try to get the top tier resources for the best money/hour

runescape should not be easy and cater to carebears, it should be a fun challenging game. I will not name any individuals but you know who you are you can't just try to get this new update to benifit yourself because of a lack of experience.

Only the demi bosses will be soloable, and who knows what they will drop (its not the d pickaxe if I recall though). The trio thing drops the d pickaxe along with the chaos ele and kbd if I recall. KBD's gonna be the easiest and probably lamest drop rate, the chaos ele's pretty easy alone if I recall, but pkers can hit you mid fight. Beats me on the new boss obviously.

The 'swag bag' has a two problems.

1. change the name.................................
2. It could be very Over powered, if people are able to open it at the bank/wildy, couldn't they deposit more food, in the bag giving them a better chance/more survivability? Also that will degrade the prices of the new fishing area that may be introduced due to people being able to get x48 fish per trip instead of 26. (im excluding the object to fish, and the bait)

You can't open it in the wild. You can only deposit. It is not a pak yak.

It seems like there is a mutual concern amongst the community that too many worlds could pose a problem by making the resources too easy to gather. If you like, we could poll removing a few worlds.












Teehee. But really I'd also like less worlds.
