That is a lot of changes to something so iconic to many players.
The only thing that I am a little worried about is the green dragon multi combat zones. It would drive already high bone prices to an uncomfortable level as well as leave any solo player completely vulnerable at every moment.
As the current green dragon spot is right now in level 12-14 wilderness, it sits in a gully. This shallow indent in the landscape makes it easier for pkers to get a view on their prey while the dragon slayer must run towards the white dot on their mini map to get a view on the mystery foe's name, and more importantly their combat level.
If the multi combat area is added, i suggest that the landscape be flattened to even the odds for the dragon slayer.
-You spoke of a bounty hunter mechanic? could u also install that to the wilderness, with statue drops and such.
-Also can you reduce the worlds where these resources are found to about 2-3 worlds, this is my only concern, there is not enough pkers for 100+ worlds with all these resources. Bring pking down to two worlds, or just add these sources to a limited amount of worlds.

All these updates should be made on RS3, not on OSRS. People are playing this game because they want the old 2007 experience, not the 2007 experience with a 2014 twist.
Some of these ideas are okay, but revenants? They were the worst thing about the Original Runescape's wilderness.
Stop complicating the game, some people like it simple. Anyone who doesn't, go play RS3.
i like most of these updates but i think you should do a bit more about the "Anti griefing mechanics" as people can return with dragon scimitar or whip and 1 item just because you remove crystal bow does not mean they will now stop. i feel like you can do a little more maybe implement coffer like nightmare zone where you have to put like 100k cash to enter the pvp worlds and when you die you will have to put another 100k in the coffer, when you die your opponent gets 100k cash. (can poll the amount of cash that has to be put in the coffer) i feel like this would be the best thing to solve raggers/none riskers.
