>superior items
>superior damage
all of my nope
I've read all the comments here and all i can say is HELL NO TO THIS
Don't repeat the same mistake you did with the dungeoneering skill in rs3. This "artisan"
skill is barely a minigame, more like a task system.

Original message details are unavailable.
Andrew Gower is rolling his eyes at this crap

Slayer for skillers? lol stop adding useless content please and don't force it on players who want the 2007 experience

^^^ damn right, spot on. This "skill" is going to mess up the ENTIRE economy and rich players will get richer as poor players are going to have to face more grinding and more money-farming. Not any level 100 is a merchanter and has bilions in it's bank. I can't even afford an SS.

I really dislike the ideea of this, and i think it's going to ruin the 2007 experience. If you really want to make a new skill make a non-buyable one AT LEAST.
**The beauty of this game lies in it's simplicity. Don't ruin it with all the superior crap and overpowered items like you did with RS3, please **

Weirdly i don't have a problem with it being a "Skiller's Slayer" but if it's going to be one anyway i just want it to actually be good because i really strongly disagree with alot of the current content

______________________________________________________
1 - Remove all idols

2 - Remove superior items

3 - Remove artisan tools (as a current level 3 skiller i personally dont see the improvement you think they bring)

4 - Add gathering skills (As many have mentioned this synergizes well with them)

5 - Make the tasks non-buyable (This may be hard to program because you'll have to custom add alot of gathering spots for some thing or waypoint/direct)

6 - Add new gathering spots specific to artisan (Mining in particular could use this quite a bit for skillers at least)

7 - Add variable chances to get efficiency bonuses basically like "Superior items" but without messing with balance

If we did those things and made it just a skillers slayer (A good one good tasks good exp bonuses new items points system ect) would you still be opposed to it because of the type of skill it is?

I understand people saying "if there are no updates the game will die" but...why must there be 100+ updates in the month? I slowly see this game turning into another game just like it did way back when going to RS3. How about an update a month?

I think people forget that really back in 2007 you didn't normally buy skills (except for herb and prayer). You grinded and grinded to get your own items to level the skills yourself. This skill seems to add a kind of reward system to the skilling most people need to do already. I like the tools because it save a inventory space for people who are pure skillers. The clothing is focused at pures and the food, arrows, and idols seem to be focused on PKers and boss hunters. The skill isn't for everyone which is why it won't appeal to everyone. A person could not train the skill at all be perfectly fine without it. I like it because it adds some cool items to the game, and if you don't like it then don't train it. I think it would be used a lot more than people commenting realize. I think it is a good skill because it won't bother people who don't want it. Well except for PKers and people who buy their skills. I don't feel that sorry for the latter group though.
