they cannot stop ruining this game. there is so much else they need to fix. like keep giving us god eggs in nests - they are obsolete. a waste of our time and have no bearing on this game. we still have no legit way of trading, no summoning, no diaries. like I said in the other game there is ways of expanding for the way people want it.

1. diaries
2. summoning
3. legit trading = make it one price figure 2008 in take average price of all item
for all 12 months and devided by 12. and that is exact price legit trading station
buys and sells for. do not let economy influence prices at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
all prices are firm in the trading station. only people in w 1 and 2 in supposable
trading world can trade at different prices.
4. new skills
5. new quests - but in process. do not add bonfires, runespan and other crap.
6. grimy herbs so we no what they are to stop scammers.
7. new continents with slayer monsters exc maybe new gods.
a. like bandos is = to Zues = high priced armor do not deteriate and highest
stats of armors.
b. barrows is = to Hercules = lower stats then regular gods and deteriate and
cheap in price do to paying for repairs.
c. and new armors = to babies of Hercules = uncharted either better or worse
then other 2 but depending what is done determines price or said armors.
1. if stats high then persay bandos sets and do not deteriate then price
needs to be higher then said armor.
2. if between them then depends if deteriates or does not will depend on price.
a. but make shure you do not crash or change existing prices make them
a firm automatic price.

p.s. these are all good ideas to change the game w/o ruining it. but there is still glitchs you need to fix. before adding more content.
and extended ps I will quit if you implement one of these new f....

Have you ever played OldSchool runescape and thought, “man, I really dont think we need to change OSRS by adding another skill because the reason why OSRS works is because of it's simplicity and the simple fact that it is supposed to be Old School”? Well, I may have to agree. How about those who claim they love OSRS but without updates it gets boring, and everyone loves a new skill update too, right? I also agree. The way I see this predicament is through the eyes of a well traveled Runescaper. I have designed a skill that does not change the game for the worse, in fact it rejuvenates the dead areas of runescape and adds a fun twist that you may or may not choose to take advantage of. Much like the requested Artisan task, this skill would be much like slayer as well, but it is not limitted. Like runescape is quite unlimitted, this skill will bring limitless additions to the game that will never change the way we see OSRS! Please, continue reading below to see exactly what I mean.

Now, the name of the skill I have come up with may not be the best, however it is the most fitting I can think of currently, however it can be changed.

Master's Skill

The masters skill will combine all skills, like slayer combines all combat skills, the masters skill will combine all 28 or 26 skills, however many there are currently lol :) So lets just say, for the sake of conversation, there are 26 skill, for every skill point you earn in ANY skill, you will get 1/26th the amount of experience in the masters skill. It will always be working in the back ground while you play so you cant particularly focus on training just the masters skill. Now, as you can tell, by reaching total level benchmarks, you will be able to do more things, you will be more experienced as a runescape player. The higher your masters lvl, the higher your total lvl will be, no matter what, however the easiest was to level your masters skill is to be sufficient in all skills. This will introduce a more equal product consumption across the board in in all skills and all player in runescape, even the pkers will join in because there are rewards for them as well. So, lets talk about level requirements and some rewards just for playing runescape thoroughly.

The rewards system is very tough to create, because my aim is not to change the game but rather rejuvenate it. So basically, the aim is to rejuvenate all the dead spots of runescape with this skill, whether it be certain potions that are created that nobody makes, like a plain old defense potion because it costs 1 ranarr and we all know its not worth using 1 ranarr to make 1 defense potion. Or perhaps we can use the new skill to enhance the playability of the game such as giving energy bonuses for players that run around a lot, perhaps new armour that 0 defense but gives great energy and prayer benefits, or maybe the rest option to come back, etc.

since the rewards area will be very detailed and complex, I will only give a few good examples, the rest would be up to the community and jagex themselves.

Lvl 10 masters with lvl 30 agility, ability to rest and restore run energy.

Lvl 20 masters with lvl 26 herblore, ability to substitute ranarr weed for tarromin weed in a defense potion.

Lvl 30 masters with lvl 31 prayer, ability to buy and use a protection hood (for pkers) will occasionally and randomly pray protect from magic, melee, or projectile once every 15 seconds and has 0 bonuses.

Lvl 40 masters with lvl 75 woodcutting, ability to randomly chop 2 magic logs at once, will occur at the same rate as bird nest drops.

Lvl 50 masters with lvl 80 crafting, ability to randomly have enough scraps from d'hides left over to make an extra piece of whatever you are crafting. Once every 750 skins. (will help keep crafting profitable and can be used in other ways, this is just an example).

Lvl 60 masters with lvl 80 fishing and 95 strength, when fishing for sharks you have the ability to catch 2 at once or the ability to find and pull out sunken chests.

Lvl 70 masters with 90 smithing, ability to turn scraps from bars into extra items.

Lvl 80 masters with 70+ in skill skills, ability to carry a tool belt with a mass variety of items to be stored, but nothing too bulky or heavy (rune axe, not dragon axe it is too big. Knife, tinderbox, etc.)

lvl 90 masters with 95 attack and 90 slayer, ability to create and use various untradable weapons for bossing, they are resource intensive and would take a long time to finish to make them really strong and useable. Not able to be used in the wilderness. If killed whgile wearing it in wilderness it simply disappears. It cannot be protected. No money is earned by the killer, the item just “disintegrates because the bond between it and its master has been broken.”

lvl 92 masters with 95 attack and 99 magic, ability to use and create various untradable weapons for bossing and pking. You can create new skills that require 99 magic to even use. The spells will also require heavily labor intensive and resource intensive materials to create robes and spells. All can be worn and used in the wilderness. If you die with it on, the killer will get a nice size drop of gold, something like 5m cash, because these spells will be quite destructive, however not too over powered. They are best when used in crowds, but can also be used 1v1. Read below for more details.

lvl 95 masters with 95 defense and 95 slayer, ability to create and use various untradable armours. The pking side of these armours is identical to the attack items. They will be lost on death, and in wilderness they are useless and give no bonuses and drop no gold to the pker if you are kill, the items just disintegrate. Each piece will be very labor resource intensive and it is not expected that one can possibly max out the potential of these items in one day, or even before they hit 99 defense or slayer. The items will be very hard to come by with rare drops from monsters, rare drops from pking, rare drops from skilling, very tough crafting recipes, etc.

**note: possibly we could introduce overloads again, but they can only be used in certain bossing areas. This will allow jagex to be creative with the higher lvl design of the game. It may change the game but lets face it, once you have almost fully maxed everything in runescape, you want more things to do, you want something different, new, and quite bold. The masters skill will offer it.

Magic and pking....
Me and a buddy of mine were trying to come up with a new spellbook when we both saw the contest for a new skill, he got really upset however I saw this as an opportunity. Below will be a quick detail of the magic that can be learned with a high level masters skill and maxed magic.

Magic lvl description
70 smog – poison 1 attacker with 6 damage (reoccuring as usual) and drain their run energy by 5 points per second for 5 seconds.

75 haze – drain run energy by 5 points for 5 seconds and inflict reciprocate damage the enemy deals to you right back at themselves for 5 seconds. The enemy will hurt you and himself for 5 seconds with each hit because the haze keeps him from seeing clearly. Damage done to affliced player is ¼ of what is dealt to the caster.

80 bull rush – your enemy's combat skills are drained by 5 while your are raised by 5, you are given a .25% speed boost for 5 seconds (not character movement speed, attack speed). You can only cast this spell once every 120 seconds for cool down. This spell only works 1v1, or in a crowd this spell will only work on the person you have casted it on, however your speed boost will allow you to affect anyone or anything.

85 volcanic rain – this is a stackable dps attack and can only be stacked with other dps attacks. It will rain small fiery balls onto your opponents afflicted and can be used on crowds. You can hit a 9x9 square and up to 20 opponents at once. This spell will hit for constant 1's and 2's for 15 seconds and can be blocked by prayer (same rules of prayer in the wilderness may apply). The cool down for this is once every 60 seconds.

90 summon tzek-kek * this will summon the mage weilding obsidian monster from the fight caves, he is lvl 80 and will seek out threats for 30 seconds. He will hit groups of players for 0-10 points of damage once per 2 seconds for 30 seconds. You can only cast this spell once every 90 seconds.

92 volcanic aftermath – all players, including yourself, will slowly begin to die by choking out on smog, haze and ashes spell effects. The effects will last for 10 seconds and everyone within 5 square blocks of you will be afflicted. (yes 25 block diameter because we are talking about a volcanic eruption here people) lol. You can only cast this spell once every 5 minutes.

95 volcanic barrage – release a hail of lava towards your opponents in all directions from yourself or from the area the spell was casted on an enemy. All enemys in a 9 block area will be effected, or all enemies 1 block away from you will be effected. You have the chance of hitting one enemy twice per use. The spell will hit for a max of 25 and will have a cool down rate of 50 seconds.

97 chaotic rage – you begin to lash out at every enemy within 3 blocks of you. You release everything you have by casting every spell you have unlocked within 10 seconds. You decimate the opponents with your fiery anger and will send many fleeing you to their graves if they are not quick enough. You cannot move during this spell. The cool down for this spell is 20 minutes and once it is all done, you will be heavily damaged and all skills drained by 30. everyone will suffer the consequences of volcanic aftermath for 15 seconds after the spell has finished.

99 eruption – you release your chaotic desire upon the weak by shaking the ground with tremors for 1 second, and then exhaulting all of your magical power into the air to create a surge of lava blasting into the air that rains blistering death on all opponents near you. This spell will inflict up to 40 damage initially and a repeating 10 damage every second for 10 seconds. This spell can be partially protected with magic missle protection. All opponents will be stunned for 3 second and suffer from volcanic aftermath for 5 seconds however you will still be enraged and ready to continue the release of your ancient powers.
